升降橫移式立體停車設備CAD系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)研究
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, the number of cars owned by urban residents in China is also increasing. Under the condition of low per capita land share in China, The shortage of parking lots and parking spaces has become an important problem affecting the daily living standards of Chinese residents. Considering the national conditions of our country and combining with the policies and measures promulgated by our government, it will be an effective method to alleviate the parking difficulty of urban residents in our country by vigorously constructing and popularizing the three-dimensional parking equipment. With the rapid development of computer aided design (CAD) technology and the proposal of industrial 4. 0, the intelligence, automation and parametrization of product design have become the development direction of machinery industry products. In order to improve the design and development efficiency of stereoscopic parking equipment, reduce the workload of designers, reduce the cost of design and production, and realize the intelligence and automation of stereoscopic parking equipment, this paper takes a lifting and transversely moving stereoscopic parking equipment as the object. Based on SolidWorks 3D design software, Access is used as database management means, and Visual Basic (VB) programming language is used to develop and study the CAD system of stereoscopic parking equipment. Considering the influence of wind load on the safety and stability of stereoscopic parking equipment, this paper first analyzes the wind load safety of stereoscopic parking equipment, and takes the three-story and three-row lifting and transversely moving stereoscopic parking equipment as an example to select its no-load respectively. The extreme state of full load and top layer full load is calculated and analyzed, and the weak link of wind load is obtained by virtual simulation, and the critical wind speed of wind load failure is judged by different wind load. In the development of CAD system of stereoscopic parking equipment, firstly, the lifting and transversely moving stereoscopic parking equipment is studied and analyzed, and the database of parts and components parameters is established, and the parts model library of stereoscopic parking equipment is established at the same time. The cost accounting method and quotation method of stereoscopic parking equipment are determined. The human-computer interaction interface is designed by VB language, and the automatic generation and quotation of stereoscopic parking equipment model are realized by linking database and SolidWorks software. The system has the advantages of simple operation, intuitionistic and concise interface and convenient application. It has an excellent application prospect for the three-dimensional parking equipment enterprises where the technicians are relatively nervous.
