路面性能變化規(guī)律與檢測時機的研究

【摘要】:在荷載和外界環(huán)境因素的綜合影響下,隨著時間的延長以及軸載次數(shù)的逐漸累積,其路面狀況以及使用性能就會產生明顯破壞。因此定周期檢測,并不能滿足路面變化對周期檢測的要求,過于頻繁的路面初期檢測會造成人力和資源的大量損失,然而若因此對后期路面進行檢測的次數(shù)大為減少則會造成養(yǎng)護的不及時性,繼而產生不必要的安全隱患,會降低道路的使用壽命。從而,確定最合理、最適宜的檢測時機成為路面養(yǎng)護工作人員必須解決的問題。本文結合路面因素的復雜性和不定性的特點,通過對高速公路多條道路的路面使用性能進行相關參數(shù)的回歸分析,分析路面數(shù)據均值與方差之間的關系及其普遍規(guī)律,提出安全、規(guī)范的均值-方差建模方法,達到對路面使用性能及方差的預估這一目的,進而確定以方差作為基礎的可靠性模型。以可靠性理論為核心,以收集的道路路面路況相關數(shù)據的概率分布方式為基礎的檢測周期優(yōu)化技術,通過對比可靠度值和可靠度限值,最后得到檢測高速公路相關檢測指標的最適宜時機,使道路檢測和路面性能的遞變規(guī)律相符合,提高路面性能檢測準確度。
[Abstract]:Under the comprehensive influence of load and external environmental factors, with the prolongation of time and the gradual accumulation of axial load times, the pavement condition and performance will be destroyed obviously. Therefore, fixed period detection can not meet the requirements of pavement change for periodic detection, too frequent initial pavement detection will result in a large number of human and resource losses. However, if the number of pavement detection in the later stage is greatly reduced, it will lead to the untimely maintenance, and then there will be unnecessary safety risks, which will reduce the service life of the road. Therefore, it is necessary for pavement maintenance staff to determine the most reasonable and appropriate detection time. Based on the complexity and uncertainty of pavement factors, this paper analyzes the relationship between the mean value and variance of pavement data and its general law by regression analysis of the pavement performance of multiple highways. A safe and standard mean-variance modeling method is proposed to predict the pavement performance and variance, and then the reliability model based on variance is determined. Based on the reliability theory and the probability distribution mode of the relevant data of road and pavement conditions, the detection cycle optimization technique is based on the comparison of reliability value and reliability limit value. Finally, the most suitable time to detect the relevant detection indexes of expressway is obtained, so that the road detection is in accordance with the changing law of pavement performance, and the accuracy of pavement performance detection is improved.
