發(fā)育時間對橡膠瀝青性能的影響

【摘要】:制備了不同發(fā)育時間的膠粉改性瀝青樣品,并通過動態(tài)剪切流變儀(DSR)和彎曲梁流變儀(BBR)等對其進行分析。用得到的高溫指標(黏度、軟化點、車轍因子等)和低溫指標(延度、蠕變勁度)分析發(fā)育時間對膠粉改性瀝青性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:膠粉改性瀝青樣品的高溫性能和低溫性能均較好;隨發(fā)育時間的增加,膠粉和瀝青的相容性變好,熱儲存穩(wěn)定性變好,但溫度敏感性變大,說明高溫性能和低溫性能有所下降。
[Abstract]:The modified asphalt samples with different development time were prepared and analyzed by dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and bending beam rheometer (BBR). The effects of development time on the properties of rubber powder modified asphalt were analyzed by using the obtained high temperature indexes (viscosity, softened point, rut factor, etc.) and low temperature index (ductility, creep stiffness). The results show that the high temperature and low temperature properties of rubber powder modified asphalt samples are better than those of rubber powder modified asphalt samples at high temperature and low temperature. With the increase of development time, the compatibility of rubber powder and asphalt becomes better, the stability of heat storage becomes better, but the temperature sensitivity increases, which indicates that the high temperature performance and low temperature performance decrease.
