心理應(yīng)激的模型化方法及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:在心理學(xué)與醫(yī)學(xué)交叉范疇內(nèi),心理應(yīng)激與情緒反應(yīng)、認(rèn)知反應(yīng)和行為反應(yīng)密切相關(guān),表征了個(gè)體對(duì)外界刺激的反應(yīng)的復(fù)雜的心理過(guò)程。心理應(yīng)激可以作為激勵(lì)使人適應(yīng)和應(yīng)對(duì)各種挑戰(zhàn)環(huán)境,而如果長(zhǎng)期處于心理應(yīng)激狀態(tài)下,人的心身健康也要受到一定程度的損害,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)嚴(yán)重的心理健康問題。 論文旨在定量描述和分析心理應(yīng)激這一復(fù)雜過(guò)程,采用機(jī)理分析與數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)相結(jié)合的模型化方法,計(jì)算及識(shí)別人格特性、認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)和心境特征等特征參數(shù),建立起一個(gè)應(yīng)激源作為輸入,個(gè)體情緒反應(yīng)作為輸出的心理應(yīng)激動(dòng)態(tài)分層模型,并對(duì)模型的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)特征進(jìn)行了仿真分析。人格特性對(duì)心理應(yīng)激的影響體現(xiàn)在應(yīng)激出現(xiàn)的時(shí)間和波動(dòng)程度上,對(duì)其提出了一個(gè)基于聚類的方法,從調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)中進(jìn)行識(shí)別;而認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)特征影響了心理應(yīng)激的恢復(fù)時(shí)問,提出了針對(duì)具體的應(yīng)激源采用貝葉斯分類的方法計(jì)算認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)參量。 作為應(yīng)用研究,將所建立的心理應(yīng)激模型應(yīng)用于大學(xué)生的心理應(yīng)激反應(yīng)當(dāng)中,針對(duì)大學(xué)生群體常見的應(yīng)激源,分析和評(píng)估其心理應(yīng)激響應(yīng),獲得的結(jié)論有助于在一定程度上指導(dǎo)對(duì)于大學(xué)生的心理應(yīng)激的有效應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:In the cross-category of psychology and medicine, psychological stress is closely related to emotional response, cognitive response and behavioral response, which represents the complex psychological process of individual response to external stimuli. Psychological stress can be used as an incentive to make people adapt to and cope with all kinds of challenges, but if they are in the state of psychological stress for a long time, their psychosomatic health will be damaged to a certain extent, and even serious mental health problems will appear. The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively describe and analyze the complex process of psychological stress, and adopt a modeling method combining mechanism analysis and data drive to calculate and identify the characteristic parameters such as personality characteristics, cognitive evaluation and mood characteristics. A dynamic delamination model of psychological stress was established with stress source as input and individual emotional response as output. The dynamic response characteristics of the model were simulated and analyzed. The influence of personality characteristics on psychological stress is reflected in the time and fluctuation of stress. A clustering based method is proposed to identify the personality characteristics from the questionnaire data, while cognitive evaluation features affect the recovery of psychological stress. A Bayesian classification method is proposed to calculate the cognitive evaluation parameters for specific stressors. As an applied study, the established psychological stress model was applied to the psychological stress response of college students, and the common stressors of college students were analyzed and evaluated. The conclusions obtained are helpful to guide the effective coping of college students' psychological stress to some extent.
