【摘要】：特殊教育已經(jīng)成為了近十年來(lái)國(guó)家關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)，而盲生是特殊教育中最為特殊的一個(gè)群體，，由于生理缺陷的原因，他們行動(dòng)不便，安靜的坐在角落里，對(duì)他們的關(guān)注就會(huì)減少，學(xué)校教育更多的關(guān)注盲生的就業(yè)和未來(lái)的技能培養(yǎng)，更多的學(xué)校課程都在教授按摩、手工等等課程，對(duì)盲生的心理健康狀況也關(guān)注甚少。影響盲生心理健康的一個(gè)重要因素就是心理防御機(jī)制，通過(guò)干預(yù)盲生的心理防御機(jī)制來(lái)讓他們更好地適應(yīng)學(xué)校甚至社會(huì)生活。通過(guò)個(gè)案干預(yù)的方式，在三個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，本文對(duì)10名盲生的防御機(jī)制進(jìn)行干預(yù)，使他們減少使用不成熟的防御機(jī)制，而更多的使用成熟的防御機(jī)制。本研究采用的是個(gè)體認(rèn)知行為療法對(duì)盲生的心理防御機(jī)制進(jìn)行干預(yù)，每周干預(yù)一次，干預(yù)時(shí)間為50—60分鐘，干預(yù)次數(shù)為10—12次。研究分為實(shí)驗(yàn)前測(cè)、實(shí)驗(yàn)后測(cè)和追蹤回訪(fǎng)三個(gè)階段，對(duì)盲生的不成熟型、成熟型和中間型防御機(jī)制進(jìn)行測(cè)量，同時(shí)使用繪圖法和觀(guān)察法進(jìn)行干預(yù)效果的驗(yàn)證，在實(shí)驗(yàn)后測(cè)階段盲生的心理防御機(jī)制干預(yù)效果顯著，在追蹤回訪(fǎng)階段，干預(yù)效果得到了維持。 本研究得出以下結(jié)論： 第一：性別是影響防御機(jī)制的重要因素。 第二：年齡是影響防御機(jī)制的重要因素。 第三：盲生和明眼學(xué)生在成熟型和不成熟型防御機(jī)制方面有明顯的差異。盲生更傾向于使用不成熟型防御機(jī)制，明眼學(xué)生更傾向于使用成熟型防御機(jī)制。 第四：采用個(gè)體認(rèn)知療法對(duì)盲生的心理防御機(jī)制干預(yù)是有效的。 第五：對(duì)盲生的干預(yù)效果在后期得到了很好的鞏固與保持。 第六：改變盲生的心理防御機(jī)制可以在很大程度上消除盲生的人際關(guān)系不適應(yīng)，提高盲生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:Special education has become the focus of attention in the country in the past ten years, and blind students are the most special groups in special education. Because of the physiological defects, they are inconvenient to act, sit quietly in the corner, and the attention to them will be reduced. The school education is more concerned with the blind employment and future skills training and more study. One of the important factors that affect the mental health of blind students is the psychological defense mechanism, which makes them better adapt to school and even social life by interfering with the psychological defense mechanism of blind birth. By case intervention, it is three months. During the time, 10 blind students were intervened in this study to reduce the use of immature defense mechanisms and more mature defense mechanisms. This study used individual cognitive behavioral therapy to intervene in the psychological defense mechanism of blind students, intervened once a week, the intervention time was 50 to 60 minutes, and the number of intervention was 10. 12 times. The study is divided into three stages: pre test, post test and tracing back visit, measuring the immature, mature and intermediate defense mechanisms of the blind, and using the drawing method and observation method to verify the intervention effect. The pre effect was maintained.
This study draws the following conclusions:
First, gender is an important factor influencing defense mechanism.
Second: age is an important factor affecting defense mechanism.
Third: there are obvious differences in both mature and immature defense mechanisms between blind and bright students. Blind students tend to use immature defense mechanisms, and the students of bright eyes tend to use mature defense mechanisms.
Fourth: the use of individual cognitive therapy is effective in preventing the mental defense mechanism of blind students.
Fifth: the intervention effect on blind students has been well consolidated and maintained in the late stage.
Sixth: changing the mental defense mechanism of blind students can largely eliminate the interpersonal relationship of blind students, and improve the social adaptability of blind students.
