【摘要】：目的研究各項(xiàng)家庭代際支持對農(nóng)村老年人心理健康的影響。方法運(yùn)用西安交通大學(xué)人口與發(fā)展研究所于2001、2003、2006、2009及2012年對"安徽省農(nóng)村老年人生活福利狀況"的五期跟蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)及多層線性模型。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)代際間的經(jīng)濟(jì)支持、提供給子女的家務(wù)幫助、獲得的起居幫助以及代際間的情感支持有利于老年人心理健康的良好發(fā)展,而獲得子女(包括孫子女)的家務(wù)幫助不利于老年人心理健康的良好發(fā)展。結(jié)論農(nóng)村家庭代際支持是以老年人的需求為中心,符合傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)老文化且是老年人期望的支持才有利于心理健康的良好發(fā)展;代際支持對老年人心理健康的影響機(jī)制為"主效應(yīng)模型"的增益作用。對理解勞動力外流背景下不同家庭結(jié)構(gòu)的代際支持對農(nóng)村老年人健康的影響、公共政策分析和社會支持體系建設(shè)有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of family intergenerational support on the mental health of the elderly in rural areas. Methods five periods of tracking data and multilevel linear model of "living and welfare status of the rural elderly in Anhui Province" were investigated by the Institute of population and Development of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2001,2003,2006 and 2012. The results showed that intergenerational financial support, household help for children, daily living support and emotional support between generations were beneficial to the development of mental health of the elderly. Getting help from children (including grandchildren) is not good for the mental health of the elderly. Conclusion the intergenerational support of rural families is centered on the needs of the elderly, conforms to the traditional old-age culture and is the expected support of the elderly, which is conducive to the good development of mental health. The effect of intergenerational support on the mental health of the elderly is the gain of the main effect model. It is of practical significance to understand the influence of intergenerational support of different family structures on the health of the elderly in rural areas under the background of labor force outflow. The analysis of public policies and the construction of social support system are of some practical significance.
