【摘要】：在中國新經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級的背景下,為了保持經(jīng)濟高速增長,解決我國經(jīng)濟外需不穩(wěn)、內(nèi)需不旺、經(jīng)濟下行壓力大的問題,創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)業(yè)作為中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的“新引擎”,已成為穩(wěn)增長、保就業(yè)、促轉(zhuǎn)型的重要推動力,是我國解決產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變革、突破經(jīng)濟發(fā)展瓶頸的重要國家戰(zhàn)略。在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中,資源缺乏成為制約企業(yè)長期快速發(fā)展的主要瓶頸之一,而企業(yè)往往通過選擇聯(lián)盟、外包等多種合作方式獲取所需的資源,但是在競爭日益激烈的市場環(huán)境中,無論是新產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)、新市場的開拓、新產(chǎn)品的銷售和服務還是組織結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝流程的創(chuàng)新,越來越離不開不同領域不同學科知識的交叉和融合。企業(yè)跨組織、跨邊界進行資源獲取極有可能帶來更有價值的創(chuàng)業(yè)資源,所以涌現(xiàn)出很多企業(yè)跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)象,通過這種跨行業(yè)、跨組織、跨學科、跨地域的跨界合作,實現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)勢互補,提升自身及聯(lián)盟整體的競爭優(yōu)勢�？缃绾献鞒蔀槠髽I(yè)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)實選擇,也帶動了學術界對跨界融合及合作、跨界資源的整合及跨界聯(lián)盟等方面的相關研究。與傳統(tǒng)的聯(lián)盟相比,跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟具有明顯的“跨界”特性和“創(chuàng)新”特性,而跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源具有分散性、粗粒度性和動態(tài)性等新特征,對聯(lián)盟資源整合機制的研究提出了巨大的挑戰(zhàn)�；�于以上分析,本文以跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟為研究對象,借鑒跨界思維,從外部因素和內(nèi)部因素的維度分析跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的形成動因,進一步揭示跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟形成機理,在此基礎上,根據(jù)跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的特點,結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合的過程,從系統(tǒng)論的整體思維角度,構(gòu)建以資源識別、資源獲取、資源配置以及資源利用四個維度組成的跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源整合機制,本文的主要創(chuàng)新之處主要體現(xiàn)以下方面:(1)本文首次以跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟為研究對象進行相關理論探討。與以往研究創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟不同,本文將跨界的思維引入到創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟中,在分析跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟形成的外部因素與內(nèi)部因素基礎上,進一步基于不完全信息博弈理論揭示跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟形成機理,并且探討了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟組織結(jié)構(gòu)模型,豐富了創(chuàng)業(yè)與聯(lián)盟的相關研究領域。(2)本文結(jié)合跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟“跨界”和“創(chuàng)業(yè)”兩大明顯特性,從資源識別、資源獲取、資源配置、資源利用四個維度構(gòu)建了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源整合機制框架,在一定程度上完善了創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合理論,拓展了創(chuàng)業(yè)資源整合領域。(3)本文通過運用ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling Method)解釋結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源獲取影響因素的重要程度及相互關聯(lián)性進行分析,確定聯(lián)盟資源獲取的關鍵影響因素。通過資源的有效性和屬性、資源獲取的成本等角度來設計了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟成員有效資源判定標準表,進而設計了有效資源的獲取路徑。(4)本文引入層次匹配方法構(gòu)建了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源層次匹配過程。通過引入相關層次變量,獲得最優(yōu)的匹配方案。首先針對聯(lián)盟企業(yè)資源類型特征,采取柔性匹配,避免了由于資源類型的不同不能進入下一層次匹配而終止資源匹配。其次引入文本相似性思想計算跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟功能文本的匹配度,提高資源匹配的準確性。最后,通過響應時間、資源可靠性、資源可用性、資源安全性、資源魯棒性和資源信譽度等方面進行資源約束匹配最終達到綜合匹配效果來提高聯(lián)盟資源的匹配準確性。(5)本文首次以技術創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化、營銷模式創(chuàng)新為導向構(gòu)建了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源三種利用機制,促進了資源整合與資源管理理論的相關研究。并且深入探討了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源利用的價值實現(xiàn)機理。在分析影響聯(lián)盟資源利用的情境因素基礎上,以資源拼湊理論的分析邏輯為依托,結(jié)合創(chuàng)業(yè)導向的維度:自治性、創(chuàng)新性、冒險性、先動性和競爭侵略性,揭示了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源的價值實現(xiàn)機理。本研究豐富了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的基礎理論和資源整合的方法論,完善了跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的研究方法及理論體系,促進了企業(yè)的跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,為聯(lián)盟提升資源利用效率和優(yōu)化資源配置提供了思路,為跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源整合的實踐活動提供理論指導,同時也為跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的合作及資源管理提供了一定的理論借鑒意義。本研究的實踐意義體現(xiàn)在為跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟構(gòu)建了一套合理的資源整合機制,在實踐上指導跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟開展創(chuàng)業(yè)活動,促進資源跨界流動,實現(xiàn)跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)定和諧,提升聯(lián)盟資源管理水平、資源整合能力、核心競爭優(yōu)勢,為跨界創(chuàng)業(yè)聯(lián)盟資源的管理提供了科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the context of the transformation and upgrading of China's new economy, in order to keep the economic growth in high speed, to solve the problem of economic external demand instability, domestic demand and economic downward pressure, innovation and entrepreneurship, as the "new engine" of China's economic development, have become an important driving force for steady growth, employment and transformation, which is the reform of China's industrial structure. An important national strategy to break through the bottleneck of economic development. In the process of entrepreneurship, the lack of resources has become one of the main bottlenecks that restrict the long-term and rapid development of the enterprise, and the enterprises often obtain the required resources by choosing alliance and outsourcing, but in the increasingly competitive market environment, the new market is the new market. The development of the field, the sales and service of the new products, the innovation of the organizational structure and process flow, is becoming more and more inseparable from the interdisciplinary and integration of different disciplines in different fields. The enterprise cross organization and cross boundary resource acquisition are likely to bring more valuable entrepreneurial resources, so many enterprises have emerged from cross-border entrepreneurship. Cross boundary, cross organizational, interdisciplinary and trans regional cross-border cooperation to achieve complementary advantages of resources and enhance the competitive advantage of the alliance as a whole. Cross-border cooperation has become a realistic choice for enterprise innovation, and has also led the academic community to study cross-border integration and cooperation, cross boundary resources integration and cross-border alliance. As a result, the alliance of cross-border entrepreneurship has obvious "cross-border" and "innovation" characteristics, while the resources of the cross-border Venture Alliance are characterized by dispersivity, coarse granularity and dynamics, which have put forward great challenges to the research of alliance resource integration mechanism. Based on the above analysis, the cross boundary entrepreneurship Alliance is the research object and the cross boundary is used for reference. Thinking, from the dimensions of external and internal factors, the formation mechanism of the cross-border Venture Alliance is analyzed, and the formation mechanism of the cross-border Venture Alliance is further revealed. On this basis, according to the characteristics of the cross-border entrepreneurship alliance and the process of the integration of the venture resources, the resources identification, resource acquisition and resource allocation are constructed from the systematic theory of the overall thinking. The main innovation of this paper mainly embodies the following aspects: (1) this paper first takes the cross boundary entrepreneurial alliance as the research object for the first time. Unlike the previous research on entrepreneurial enterprises and entrepreneurial alliances, this paper introduces the thinking of cross boundary to the Venture Alliance. On the basis of the analysis of the external and internal factors of the formation of the cross-border Venture Alliance, the formation mechanism of the cross-border Venture Alliance is revealed by the incomplete information game theory, and the organizational structure model of the cross-border Venture Alliance is discussed, which enriches the related research fields of the venture and the alliance. (2) this paper combines the cross-border entrepreneurship alliance "cross-border". And "entrepreneurship" two obvious characteristics, from the resources identification, resource acquisition, resource allocation, resource utilization to build the framework of the cross-border entrepreneurship alliance resource integration mechanism, to a certain extent, to improve the integration of entrepreneurial resources theory, and expand the field of enterprise resources integration. (3) this article through the use of ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling M) Ethod) to explain the importance and interrelation of the factors affecting the resource acquisition of the cross-border Venture Alliance, and to determine the key influencing factors of the resource acquisition of the alliance. The acquisition path of effective resources is designed. (4) in this paper, a hierarchical matching method is introduced to construct the matching process of the resource hierarchy of the cross-border Venture Alliance. By introducing the relevant hierarchical variables, the optimal matching scheme is obtained. First, a flexible matching is taken to avoid the different resource types because of the flexible matching of the resource types of the alliance enterprises. Secondly, the matching degree of the resource is terminated by a hierarchical matching. Secondly, the text similarity is introduced to calculate the matching degree of the functional text of the cross-border Venture Alliance to improve the accuracy of the resource matching. Finally, the resource constraints are matched by the response time, resource reliability, resource availability, resource security, resource robustness and resource reputation. To improve the matching accuracy of the alliance resources to improve the matching efficiency of the alliance. (5) this paper, for the first time, constructed the three utilization mechanism of the resource integration and resource management theory with the guidance of technological innovation, product transformation and marketing model innovation, and further explored the price of the resource utilization of the cross-border Venture Alliance. On the basis of analyzing the situational factors affecting the utilization of alliance resources, based on the analysis logic of resource patchwork theory and combining the dimension of entrepreneurial orientation: autonomy, innovation, adventure, initiative and competitive aggression, the mechanism of the realization of the value of cross-border Venture Alliance is revealed. This study enriches the cross-border Entrepreneurship alliance. The basic theory and the methodology of resource integration have improved the research methods and theoretical systems of the cross-border Venture Alliance, promoted the cross-border entrepreneurial activities of the enterprises, provided the ideas for the alliance to improve the efficiency of resource utilization and optimize the allocation of resources, and provided theoretical guidance for the practical activities of the cross-border venture alliance resource integration, as well as for cross-border entrepreneurship. The cooperation and resource management of the alliance provides a certain theoretical significance. The practical significance of this study is to build a set of rational resources integration mechanism for the cross-border Venture Alliance, guide the cross-border entrepreneurship alliance to carry out the entrepreneurial activities, promote the cross-border flow of resources, and realize the sustainable development of the cross-border Entrepreneurship alliance and the regional economy. The stability and harmony of the economy, the alliance's resource management level, the resource integration capability and the core competitive advantage provide a scientific basis for the management of resources in the cross-border alliance.
