【摘要】：在西部民族鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū),旅游開(kāi)發(fā)成為當(dāng)?shù)卣�府和社區(qū)尋求經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要途徑。當(dāng)?shù)厣鐓^(qū)居民們積極參與旅游,并在旅游接待中各顯其能,隨后他們中的部分人獲得了超過(guò)其他成員的成功,并成長(zhǎng)為旅游精英,這意味著旅游開(kāi)發(fā)帶來(lái)了民族社區(qū)內(nèi)部社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。值得關(guān)注的是,社區(qū)女性中也涌現(xiàn)出許多旅游精英,她們從社區(qū)旅游中獲得發(fā)展機(jī)遇,并成為其中的關(guān)鍵參與者,她們同旅游發(fā)展之間存在積極互動(dòng)關(guān)系。但以往旅游發(fā)展與目的地女性研究多將當(dāng)?shù)嘏�性置于被�?dòng)處境,本研究則強(qiáng)調(diào)女性作為獨(dú)立個(gè)體的主觀能動(dòng)性,從積極參與的角度來(lái)探討女性旅游精英在社區(qū)旅游開(kāi)發(fā)背景下的如何形成和她們對(duì)外部產(chǎn)生的影響。研究旨在通過(guò)分析精英的旅游參與來(lái)提升社區(qū)整體的參與水平,探索女性旅游精英的形成進(jìn)而促進(jìn)社區(qū)本土精英的培育,探討女性旅游精英在當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì)穩(wěn)定和社區(qū)治理中的作用。研究的意義在于構(gòu)建女性旅游精英問(wèn)題的理論分析框架,探索民族旅游社區(qū)中女性發(fā)展和社區(qū)治理的有效途徑,拓展旅游社會(huì)文化影響的研究視角,豐富相關(guān)實(shí)證研究。個(gè)體利用自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,在一定社會(huì)環(huán)境下成長(zhǎng)為精英,隨后基于精英身份扮演特定角色,并作用于外部世界,同時(shí)也不可避免地受到外界的影響,因此,精英的形成與其影響是自我和外部群體相互作用的結(jié)果。本研究重點(diǎn)圍繞“女性旅游精英如何形成?”、“她們?cè)谏鐓^(qū)中扮演什么角色?”和“外部群體是否以及如何認(rèn)同她們的精英身份?”3個(gè)問(wèn)題來(lái)展開(kāi)。首先,通過(guò)結(jié)合女性旅游精英的形成因素、類(lèi)型及成長(zhǎng)歷程來(lái)探討其形成模式問(wèn)題;其次,通過(guò)分析她們所扮演的角色來(lái)探索其對(duì)于社區(qū)產(chǎn)生的影響;最后,利用他者的認(rèn)同來(lái)檢驗(yàn)女性旅游精英的身份,并評(píng)估她們的影響效果及影響力。具體來(lái)說(shuō),第1-3章介紹了研究背景,闡述了研究的目的與意義,梳理了研究的理論基礎(chǔ),并詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了研究設(shè)計(jì);第4章探討女性旅游精英的形成因素及其特殊性;第5章基于形成因素、不同類(lèi)型女性旅游精英的成長(zhǎng)歷程來(lái)綜合分析她們的形成模式;第6章聚焦于女性旅游精英在社區(qū)中扮演的角色;第7章探討外部群體是否以及如何認(rèn)同女性旅游精英的身份;第8章內(nèi)容包括研究結(jié)論、實(shí)踐啟示、創(chuàng)新與反思�；�于社會(huì)學(xué)的鄉(xiāng)村精英理論和旅游領(lǐng)域的女性發(fā)展研究,作者界定了女性旅游精英的概念,并利用田野調(diào)查、扎根理論、內(nèi)容分析和概念模型等方法展開(kāi)分析。研究資料是實(shí)地調(diào)研所得的一手資料,抽樣遵循扎根理論中的理論飽和邏輯,資料收集與分析過(guò)程同步進(jìn)行。本文的主要研究結(jié)論如下:(1)西部民族社區(qū)女性旅游精英的形成不僅依靠傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)村精英和旅游精英的形成因素,還受到民族文化、性別身份和家庭分工的影響,是社區(qū)旅游、個(gè)人能力及資源、民族文化、性別身份和家庭分工共同塑造的結(jié)果;(2)女性旅游精英可分為經(jīng)濟(jì)型、治理型、民族文化型和社區(qū)名片型,她們突破了男性主導(dǎo)的社區(qū)精英格局,但仍以非治理精英為主,并未進(jìn)入社區(qū)權(quán)力的核心層;(3)女性旅游精英的形成模式可分為旅游參與成功和影響力積累兩個(gè)核心階段,且兩個(gè)階段間存在互動(dòng)關(guān)系;(4)女性旅游精英在民族社區(qū)中同時(shí)扮演積極、消極和柔性角色,其影響集中在社區(qū)旅游、民族“女性”文化傳承、女性與弱者就業(yè)及關(guān)懷等方面;(5)女性旅游精英通過(guò)為社區(qū)做出貢獻(xiàn)贏得外部認(rèn)同,進(jìn)而積累個(gè)人影響力,但外部群體對(duì)其精英身份的評(píng)價(jià)與判斷依然受到傳統(tǒng)性別角色的制約。本研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下:(1)構(gòu)建了包括形成因素、類(lèi)型與模式、角色與身份認(rèn)同等內(nèi)容在內(nèi)的女性旅游精英理論分析框架,拓展了社區(qū)旅游與女性發(fā)展研究;(2)從女性主義視角出發(fā),揭示了女性身份與特質(zhì)在女性旅游精英的形成過(guò)程及其影響中的作用,有助于深入理解旅游開(kāi)發(fā)背景下社會(huì)分層研究中的性別差異;(3)作者結(jié)合形成因素、類(lèi)型分析、成長(zhǎng)歷程和社區(qū)旅游發(fā)展階段等內(nèi)容探討了女性旅游精英的形成模式,并揭示出其中存在的時(shí)間和階段特性,豐富了現(xiàn)有的社區(qū)精英形成研究。但本研究在研究對(duì)象選擇的優(yōu)化和樣本結(jié)構(gòu)的均衡方面還存在一些不足,作者在文中對(duì)此進(jìn)行了反思。同時(shí),作者認(rèn)為對(duì)女性旅游精英案例的長(zhǎng)期追蹤研究和性別對(duì)比分析是未來(lái)值得關(guān)注的方向。
[Abstract]:In the western ethnic and rural areas, tourism development has become an important way for local governments and communities to seek economic development and social transformation. Local community residents are actively involved in tourism and are distinct in tourist reception. Then, some of them have gained more success than other members and become tourism elites, which means tourism. The development has brought about the changes in the social structure within the ethnic community. It is worth paying attention to the emergence of many tourism elites among the community women. They get the opportunity for development from the community tourism and become the key participants. There is a positive interaction between them and the development of tourism. The local women are placed in a passive position. This study emphasizes the subjective initiative of women as independent individuals. From the perspective of active participation, this study explores the formation of female tourism elites in the context of community tourism development and their external impact. The purpose of this study is to promote the participation of the elite in the community by analyzing the participation of the elite. To explore the formation of female tourism elite and promote the cultivation of local elite in community, and to explore the role of female tourism elite in local social stability and community governance. The significance of this study is to build a theoretical framework for the problem of female tourism elites and explore effective ways of female development and community governance in ethnic tourism communities. The research perspective of expanding the social and cultural impact of tourism, enriches the relevant empirical research. The individual uses its own advantages to grow into an elite in a certain social environment, and then plays a specific role based on the elite identity, and acts on the external world, and is inevitably influenced by the outside world. Therefore, the formation and influence of the elite are self - affecting. The results of interaction between me and the external group. This study focuses on "how does the female tourism elite form?", "what role do they play in the community?" and "do external groups and how to identify their elite identity?" first, through the formation of the factors, types and growth of the female tourism elite. The course explores the problem of its formation pattern; secondly, it explores the impact on the community by analyzing the roles they play. Finally, the identity of the others is used to test the identity of the female tourism elite and to evaluate their impact and influence. In particular, chapter 1-3 introduces the research background and expounds the purpose of the study. Significance, combing the theoretical basis of the study, and detailed description of the research design; the fourth chapter discusses the formation and particularity of the female tourism elite; the fifth chapter is based on the formation factors, the growth of different types of female tourism elites to analyze their formation model comprehensively; the sixth chapter focuses on the corner of the female tourism elite in the community. The seventh chapter discusses whether the external group and how to identify the identity of the female tourism elite; the eighth chapter includes the research conclusions, the practical enlightenment, the innovation and the reflection. The author defines the concept of the female tourism essence and the development of women based on the sociological rural elite theory and the tourism field. The analysis and conceptual model are analyzed. The research data are one hand data from the field investigation. The sampling follows the theoretical saturation logic in the grounded theory and the data collection and analysis process synchronizes. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) the formation of the female travel elite in the Western Ethnic community depends not only on the traditional rural elite and brigade. The formation factor of the elite is influenced by national culture, gender identity and family division, which is the result of community tourism, individual ability and resources, national culture, gender identity and family division. (2) female tourism elite can be divided into economic, governance, national culture and community business card, which break through male dominant The community elite pattern, however, is still dominated by non governance elite, and does not enter the core layer of community power; (3) the formation pattern of female tourism elite can be divided into two core stages of the success of tourism participation and the accumulation of influence, and there is an interactive relationship between the two stages; (4) the female travel elite plays a positive, negative and flexible role in the ethnic community at the same time. Role, its impact on community tourism, ethnic "female" cultural heritage, women and the weak employment and care, and other aspects; (5) female tourism elite by making contributions to the community to win external identification, and then accumulate personal influence, but the external group's evaluation and judgment of its elite status is still restricted by the traditional gender role. The innovative points of the study are as follows: (1) the theoretical analysis framework of female tourism elites, including factors, types and patterns, roles and identity, has been constructed, and the study of community tourism and female development has been expanded. (2) from the feminist perspective, the formation process of female identity and characteristics in the female tourism elite and its shadow are revealed. The role of ringing helps to understand the gender differences in the social stratification research under the background of tourism development. (3) the author probes into the formation mode of female tourism elite in combination with the factors of formation, type analysis, growth process and the development stage of community tourism, and reveals the characteristics of the time and stage of the existence, enriching the existing society. There are still some deficiencies in the optimization of the selection of the subjects and the balance of the structure of the sample, and the author rethinks in this study. At the same time, the author believes that the long-term follow-up study and gender analysis of the female tourism elite are the direction of concern in the future.
