【摘要】:高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為全球經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的新增長點,高風(fēng)險是高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的內(nèi)在屬性,長期以來受到眾多學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。全面風(fēng)險管理是高新技術(shù)企業(yè)運營和發(fā)展不可或缺的環(huán)節(jié)。隨著市場競爭的不斷加劇,傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險管理模式已不能滿足高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的事實,正在驅(qū)動著高新技術(shù)企業(yè)采用全面風(fēng)險管理模式。全面風(fēng)險管理模式注重高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的所有風(fēng)險以及風(fēng)險問的相關(guān)性,在很大程度上彌補了傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險管理模式的不足。概括而論,全面風(fēng)險管理在高新技術(shù)企業(yè)中的作用正在由傳統(tǒng)防御性手段轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略性工具,它既是高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中的環(huán)境變量,更是知識投入要素,F(xiàn)有的關(guān)于高新技術(shù)企業(yè)風(fēng)險管理的研究主要是基于傳統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險管理視角,尚未從全面風(fēng)險管理視角進行探析。本文試圖以全面風(fēng)險管理理論對高新技術(shù)企業(yè)運營展開分析,討論全面風(fēng)險管理對高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響;圍繞全面風(fēng)險管理如何影響高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,本文以創(chuàng)新融資為連接點,將全面風(fēng)險管理作為高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過程中的知識投入要素,系統(tǒng)探討全面風(fēng)險管理與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)聯(lián)。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要分為以下幾大部分:首先,在概述和評論企業(yè)知識理論、全面風(fēng)險管理理論、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論和融資理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對全面風(fēng)險管理和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵和外延進行界定,分析我國高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)和全面風(fēng)險管理的現(xiàn)狀,揭示現(xiàn)階段存在的問題,為構(gòu)建高新技術(shù)企業(yè)全面風(fēng)險管理與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新關(guān)聯(lián)之模型奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,依據(jù)相關(guān)理論并通過探索性案例研究構(gòu)建了全面風(fēng)險管理、創(chuàng)新融資與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之間的關(guān)系模型,從理論層面剖析了全面風(fēng)險管理與高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新關(guān)聯(lián)的內(nèi)在機理。再次,以160家高新技術(shù)上市公司為樣本,運用統(tǒng)計分析軟件通過層級回歸分析,對全面風(fēng)險管理和高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的理論假設(shè)進行檢驗。最后,根據(jù)實證研究結(jié)果得出結(jié)論,對可能存在的研究不足進行了補充性說明,并對未來研究做出展望。本文理論模型構(gòu)建以及實證數(shù)據(jù)分析,得出以下主要結(jié)論:(1)在我國高新技術(shù)上市公司中,全面風(fēng)險管理及其經(jīng)營目標(biāo)、報告目標(biāo)、合規(guī)目標(biāo)都對高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新具有直接的正向影響;(2)創(chuàng)新融資在全面風(fēng)險管理和高新技術(shù)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新之間存在中介效應(yīng);(3)國有股比例及其變動對全面風(fēng)險管理與高新技術(shù)企業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新具有負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。客觀而論,這些研究結(jié)論是在案例描述、機理論證和實證分析等基礎(chǔ)上得出的,它在一定程度和范圍內(nèi)反映了本文理論分析和實際考察的邏輯鏈;同時,這些研究結(jié)論在揭示全面風(fēng)險管理與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)性的同時,對本研究主題的后續(xù)研究在理論運用、模型建構(gòu)、機理描述和實證分析等方面展現(xiàn)了進一步的深入探討的空間。正如技術(shù)路線和結(jié)構(gòu)安排所描述的那樣,對于高新技術(shù)企業(yè)全面風(fēng)險管理與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)性研究的要素變量設(shè)置、分析路徑和分析程序安排的處理,本文有可能存在一些不完全吻合實際的邏輯間斷點或理論疏漏,對中國問題的研究尤為如此,這需要在以后的研究中予以修正和彌補。
[Abstract]:High and new technology industry has become the new growth point of the global economic development. High risk is the intrinsic property of high and new technology enterprises. It has been widely concerned by many scholars for a long time. Comprehensive risk management is an indispensable link in the operation and development of high-tech enterprises. With the increasing competition of the market, the traditional risk management model is not full. The fact of hi-tech enterprises is driving the high and new technology enterprises to adopt the comprehensive risk management model. The comprehensive risk management model pays attention to all the risks and the relevance of the risk questions, to a great extent, it makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional risk management model. The role of it is changing from the traditional defensive means to the modern strategic tool. It is not only the environment variable in the technological innovation process of the high-tech enterprises, but also the factor of knowledge input. The existing research on the risk management of high and new technology enterprises is based on the traditional risk management perspective, which has not been carried out from the perspective of comprehensive risk management. This paper attempts to analyze the operation of high and new technology enterprises with comprehensive risk management theory and discuss the impact of comprehensive risk management on high-tech enterprises' technological innovation. Around the comprehensive risk management how to influence the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises, this paper takes the innovative financing as the connection, and takes the comprehensive risk management as the high-tech enterprise. The content of knowledge input in the process of technological innovation is discussed systematically. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of summarizing and reviewing the theory of enterprise knowledge, comprehensive risk management theory, technology innovation theory and financing theory, the comprehensive risk management and technology are on the basis of comprehensive risk management and technology. The connotation and extension of operation innovation are defined, the current situation of high and new technology industry and comprehensive risk management in China is analyzed, the existing problems are revealed, and the foundation for the construction of the model of comprehensive risk management and technological innovation in high-tech enterprises is laid. Secondly, the comprehensive risk management is built on the basis of relevant theories and through exploratory case study. The relationship model between innovative financing and technological innovation is used to analyze the internal mechanism of the relationship between comprehensive risk management and high-tech enterprise technological innovation from the theoretical level. Again, 160 high-tech listed companies are taken as samples and statistical analysis software is used to analyze the comprehensive risk management and high-tech enterprise technology by the hierarchical regression analysis. Finally, according to the results of the empirical research, we can draw a conclusion, make a supplementary explanation to the possible insufficiency of the research and make a prospect for the future research. This paper builds the theoretical model and the empirical data analysis to get the following main conclusions: (1) comprehensive risk management in China's high and new technology listed companies. And its objectives, reporting objectives and compliance goals have a direct and positive impact on the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises; (2) there is a mediating effect between the innovative financing in the comprehensive risk management and the high-tech enterprise technological innovation; (3) the proportion of the state-owned shares and its changes to the comprehensive risk management and high-tech enterprises' technological innovation. Objectively, these conclusions are based on case description, mechanism demonstration and empirical analysis. It reflects the logical chain of theoretical analysis and actual investigation in a certain degree and scope. At the same time, these conclusions can reveal the relevance of total risk management and technological innovation. The following research on the subject of this study shows the space for further exploration in the aspects of theory application, model construction, mechanism description and empirical analysis. As described by the technical route and structure arrangement, the element variables are set up for the study of the correlation of comprehensive risk management and technological innovation in high and new technology enterprises, the analysis of the path and the analysis of the path. In the process of analyzing the arrangement of the program, there may be some logical discontinuous points or theoretical omissions that do not coincide with the reality, especially in the study of the Chinese problem, which needs to be amended and reparated in the future research.
