對(duì)H公司物流服務(wù)提供商的評(píng)選研究

隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展及電商的繁榮,供應(yīng)鏈物流的價(jià)值日益凸顯,其不僅是保證商流順暢進(jìn)行的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),也是實(shí)現(xiàn)“以顧客為中心”理念的根本保證。為降低成本、提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展,更多的制造型企業(yè)選擇將重心傾向于產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷(xiāo)售等核心業(yè)務(wù),而把物流業(yè)務(wù)外包給專(zhuān)門(mén)從事物流管理的企業(yè),此時(shí),企業(yè)如何有效地綜合評(píng)價(jià)與選擇物流服務(wù)商即成為首先需要考慮的問(wèn)題之一。目前國(guó)內(nèi)部分公司多數(shù)采用的是總成本法,即對(duì)備選物流供應(yīng)商的報(bào)價(jià)進(jìn)行比較,以“最低價(jià)”為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商。但是這種方法可能存在著服務(wù)質(zhì)量難以保證、信息化管理效能低下等弊端,不利于客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度乃至于企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展。H公司作為一家化工企業(yè),在前期同樣采用了總成本分析法,作為選擇物流服務(wù)供應(yīng)商的方法,并且缺乏完整的物流供應(yīng)商的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),致使企業(yè)物流費(fèi)率較高、到貨率不穩(wěn)定,顧客投訴率較高等。為改善物流管理方式,引入了物流戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟思想,設(shè)定了完整、科學(xué)、合理的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算最終得出結(jié)果。本文研究的H公司基于戰(zhàn)略合作角度,通過(guò)層次分析法評(píng)選出物流供應(yīng)商,也通過(guò)分指標(biāo)得分情況,評(píng)價(jià)其目前的不足,并針對(duì)性的提出了改進(jìn)的對(duì)策建議。從而使得...
