俄羅斯圣彼得堡大港口海上集裝箱運(yùn)輸發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略

圣彼得堡大港口被認(rèn)為是俄羅斯土地與波羅的海之間重要的門戶,波羅的海曾用于貿(mào)易,也是金融和工業(yè)的中心。海港的行業(yè)包括:石油和天然氣貿(mào)易,電子工業(yè)和造船業(yè)。圣彼得堡港務(wù)局是負(fù)責(zé)規(guī)劃,組織和發(fā)展海港的國家機(jī)構(gòu)。隨著2011年新的圣彼得堡海港工作的開始,開始討論有關(guān)其進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的可能方向的建議。圣彼得堡海港已從2015年開始啟動(dòng)海港基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的開發(fā)計(jì)劃。發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略包括在海港增加一些設(shè)施,其中包括一個(gè)碼頭,該碼頭的年產(chǎn)能為200萬噸黑色金屬,以及多用途處理設(shè)施,其年產(chǎn)能為300萬噸。這種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略存在一些弱點(diǎn)?紤]到這一點(diǎn),很顯然,對(duì)圣彼得堡港口采用的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步調(diào)查變得越來越重要,當(dāng)前的研究旨在評(píng)估圣彼得堡港口采用的當(dāng)前發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。該研究還旨在提出一種可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,其中應(yīng)考慮到圣彼得堡海港行業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì),結(jié)構(gòu),政治和環(huán)境性質(zhì)的相互關(guān)聯(lián)的方面。我們通過定性和定量的角度解決這兩個(gè)主要目標(biāo),方法是使用SWOT分析描述當(dāng)前的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略狀態(tài),并調(diào)查圣彼得堡海上集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)膭?dòng)態(tài)需求,并對(duì)未來集裝箱運(yùn)輸?shù)男枨笞龀鲇行У念A(yù)測(cè)。
