　　這項研究的目的是為了調查合作社如何幫助加納可可種植者增加收入。本研究具有重要的實踐意義,因為這將有助于解決加納可可種植者面臨的眾多挑戰(zhàn)。這項研究主要是為了了解合作社對可可種植者收入的影響、以賦能形式獲得的援助以及合作社面臨的主要挑戰(zhàn)。本研究采用了多種研究方法,通過田野調查、問卷和訪談等方式收集了500名可可種植者的資料。本文基于結構方程模型和圖表對相關資料進行分析。具體分析軟件是SPSS和AMOS。本文研究結果發(fā)現(xiàn)合作社對種植可可的農民產生了積極影響。其次,合作社有助于加納種植可可的農民提高生產率、產量和收入,有助于改善農民的社會經濟福祉。再次,合作社主要通過培訓其良好的耕作方法來提高農民能力的。例如,修剪、種植、整理土地活動、防治病蟲害、收割以及如何有效和高效率地施用肥料。所有這些培訓方案使農民獲得必要的培訓和技能,以幫助他們改善農場上的所有活動。這些培訓是按計劃間隔組織的,其中一些是每月和每年組織一次。最后,本文建議合作社的活動必須得到所有利益攸關方(加納可可委員會、可可的政府用戶和農民)的支持,以使加納的可可種植具有可持續(xù)性。
