【摘要】：思想政治教育是時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物。在全球化、現(xiàn)代性、科學(xué)技術(shù)相互交織的當(dāng)代語境下,我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育正面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、文化多樣化、政治民主化的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇,面臨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)帶給思想政治教育的雙重影響,還面臨著我國高等教育體制深刻變革帶來的諸多問題。大學(xué)生思想政治教育要與時(shí)代精神相契合,努力順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展、社會(huì)變革對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和人的發(fā)展提出的新要求,不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。全球化成為當(dāng)今時(shí)代的基本特征和世界發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。全球化的時(shí)代背景將大學(xué)生思想政治教育置于一個(gè)更宏大、更廣泛的時(shí)空境域,教育思維從封閉走向開放,教育形態(tài)由現(xiàn)實(shí)走向現(xiàn)實(shí)與虛擬的共在,教育內(nèi)容不斷豐富與拓展,方法體系和話語構(gòu)建逐漸成熟。交往是對(duì)人的生存狀態(tài)的關(guān)注,是人的生存和社會(huì)化的根源和動(dòng)力所在,體現(xiàn)人的本質(zhì)。思想政治教育的出發(fā)點(diǎn)是人,是處于現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)交往關(guān)系中進(jìn)行交往活動(dòng)的人。人在交往中存在,思想政治教育也是一種交往式存在�？梢�,交往就成為實(shí)現(xiàn)時(shí)代精神、哲學(xué)思想和思想政治教育互動(dòng)的關(guān)鍵要素,也將是破解思想政治教育發(fā)展困境和難題的新視角。交往視域涵義豐富,是以馬克思交往理論為基礎(chǔ),借鑒哈貝馬斯交往行為理論及多學(xué)科交往理論,建構(gòu)起來的一個(gè)包含交往活動(dòng)、交往關(guān)系、交往形態(tài)、交往境域的多元范疇。把交往引入大學(xué)生思想政治教育的當(dāng)代視野,審視大學(xué)生思想政治教育在發(fā)展過程中的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,從建構(gòu)交往理論維度、關(guān)注大學(xué)生的交往世界、關(guān)注虛擬交往、實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展四個(gè)方面,拓寬視野,開闊思想,提出新的發(fā)展理路,以期在大學(xué)生思想政治教育的交往常態(tài)中獲得新的突破,取得新的成果,使大學(xué)生思想政治教育在回應(yīng)時(shí)代進(jìn)步、現(xiàn)代社會(huì)和人的發(fā)展的根本訴求中顯露勃勃生機(jī),彰顯迷人魅力。交往視域下大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有虛擬與現(xiàn)實(shí)共在的整體性形態(tài)特征,具有關(guān)系性、開放性、生成性、共在性的思維特征,在實(shí)踐向度上體現(xiàn)交互主體性、根植于生活世界、彰顯人文關(guān)懷、注重心理疏導(dǎo)。交往視域下大學(xué)生思想政治教育以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)教育內(nèi)容的發(fā)展,在精神層面上豐富了中國精神教育,在素養(yǎng)層面上拓展了虛擬交往中大學(xué)生思想道德素養(yǎng)教育的內(nèi)容。交往視域下大學(xué)生思想政治教育運(yùn)用顯性教育與隱性教育相融合、單向灌輸與對(duì)話教育相融合、主導(dǎo)教育與自我教育相融合、理性教育與感性教育相融合的教育方法,體現(xiàn)方式方法的創(chuàng)新。在話語構(gòu)建方面提出四個(gè)方面的新要求：營(yíng)造雙聲語境、實(shí)現(xiàn)主體話語平等、滿足大學(xué)生對(duì)話語的期待、發(fā)揮情感話語的疏導(dǎo)作用。交往既是時(shí)代的主題,也是一個(gè)與諸多社會(huì)科學(xué)和人文科學(xué)學(xué)科密切相關(guān)的共同課題。把交往介入大學(xué)生思想政治教育的過程,將有效解決大學(xué)生思想政治教育發(fā)展中“交往缺失”的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,回應(yīng)全球化時(shí)代背景對(duì)社會(huì)和人的發(fā)展的訴求。交往視域下,大學(xué)生思想政治教育主體之間通過對(duì)話與溝通進(jìn)行精神交流,在有關(guān)人生目的和意義等價(jià)值觀問題上達(dá)成相互理解、相互認(rèn)同,并將這種共識(shí)內(nèi)化為各自的知識(shí)和能力,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)人的精神世界的積極關(guān)照,促進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步和人的發(fā)展。
