中國特色政治術(shù)語英譯原則研究 ——以《習(xí)近平談治國理政》英譯本為例

國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人話語是一個國家政策、制度、態(tài)度和發(fā)展方向的縮影,而習(xí)近平治國理政話語是外界深入了解中國的重要窗口。作為治國理政話語載體,《習(xí)近平談治國理政》一書精選了習(xí)近平在各個場合的重要講話,其英譯本在海外的出版、發(fā)行與傳播影響廣泛,并取得良好傳播效果,這對于漢英外宣翻譯具有重要借鑒作用。鑒于習(xí)近平話語中含有很多具有中國特色的政治術(shù)語表達(dá),且這些術(shù)語的英譯會對海外受眾的接受產(chǎn)生重要影響,因此中國特色政治術(shù)語的英譯研究具有高度重要性。通過對已掌握的國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),研究人員多從各理論視角來研究《習(xí)近平談治國理政》的翻譯策略,但針對中國特色政治術(shù)語進(jìn)行的英譯原則研究有待進(jìn)一步的挖掘和豐富。本文以《習(xí)近平談治國理政》英譯本為研究對象,以政治翻譯理論原則為指導(dǎo),對中國特色政治術(shù)語的翻譯進(jìn)行研究,以期對中國特色政治術(shù)語的翻譯提供一些翻譯原則。本文首先對中國近20年來政治翻譯理論進(jìn)行梳理、分析和總結(jié),然后結(jié)合中國特色政治術(shù)語的特點提出了三條翻譯原則,即政治忠誠、意義等效和話語導(dǎo)向。繼而立足《習(xí)近平談治國理政》中大量的譯例進(jìn)行分析、說明和解釋,論證得出這三個原則可以用來指導(dǎo)中國特色政治術(shù)語英譯,...
