Objective To explore the change of immunologic function of the COPD patient to use the monoclonal antibody immunity group fluorescence dyeing under the open air temperature change Method The T lymphocyte subgroup determination uses the monoclonal antibody immunity group fluorescence dyeing, The seroimmunity globulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) use the agar unidirectional diffusion process Result After the COPD patient body temperature plummets, CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 reduce obviously, CD8 elevates obviously, IgG, IgA, IgM reduce, compares with the control group has the significance difference (P<0.01)。compares with before and after body temperature plummets,it has no significance difference(P>0.05) .Conclusion The body temperature plummets lead to unbalanced of the cellular immunity and the humoral immunity function of tne COPD, After the body temperature plummets compares with before, the humoral immunity and the cellular immunity function further reduces.

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一種慢性氣道炎癥性疾病,其反復(fù)發(fā)作將導(dǎo)致機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)的功能的變化。天氣變化與疾病的發(fā)生、發(fā)展、傳播息息相關(guān),,此時COPD患者的免疫功能狀態(tài)也將發(fā)生變化,本文以COPD病人為研究對象,檢測了40例COPD患者體溫驟降前后外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞亞群中的總T淋巴細(xì)胞CD3、輔助性T淋巴細(xì)胞CD4、抑制性T淋巴細(xì)胞CD8和免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM,以探討COPD患者免疫功能在外界溫度變化時的變化,提供COPD免疫治療的理論依據(jù)。
