電視傳播藝術視野下的城市文化形象建設

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟一體化趨勢的加快,國家之間的競爭越來越突出地體現(xiàn)為城市之間的競爭。城市文化形象作為城市核心競爭力的重要組成部分,,是城市競爭力研究的新領域。電視作為大眾媒介中擁有最廣泛受眾群體、最佳傳播影響力的媒介,在城市文化形象的構(gòu)建與傳播中扮演著重要的角色。 城市文化形象具有獨特的構(gòu)成與特性,城市文化形象建設對于推動城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、展現(xiàn)城市精神風貌、表現(xiàn)地域特色文化有巨大促進作用。城市文化形象在電視傳播中的藝術表現(xiàn)有若干常見形態(tài),包括影視劇、專題節(jié)目、電視新聞、電視廣告、紀錄片與專題片等,應根據(jù)實際情況有針對性地選擇電視藝術形態(tài)。 定位是城市文化形象設計的核心,科學合理的定位是建設和傳播城市文化形象的基礎與關鍵。城市文化形象設計的內(nèi)容涉及自然環(huán)境、規(guī)劃建設、歷史文化與標志性建筑和景觀等方面。城市文化形象設計的方法,則應建立在充分認識電視媒介的優(yōu)勢特性的基礎之上,對城市文化形象的傳播進行電視藝術化設計。 做好城市文化形象的國內(nèi)電視傳播和國際電視傳播是建設城市文化形象的關鍵所在。國內(nèi)電視傳播中,央視媒體以城市文化形象宣傳片與專題片為主,省級電視以新聞系列報道與專題片為主,當?shù)仉娨暸_則進行全方位多類型的系統(tǒng)宣傳。國際傳播,要求媒體從業(yè)者在尊重文化差異的基礎之上提升文化交流技能,以實現(xiàn)文化對接;城市決策者則應巧用大型文化事件的契機,通過電視媒介傳播城市文化形象。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the competition between countries is more and more prominent as the competition between cities. As an important part of urban core competitiveness, urban cultural image is a new field of urban competitiveness research. As the media with the most extensive audience and the best communication influence, television plays an important role in the construction and dissemination of urban cultural image. The urban cultural image has its unique composition and characteristics. The construction of the urban cultural image plays a great role in promoting the development of urban economy, showing the urban spirit and features, and showing the regional characteristic culture. The artistic expression of city cultural image in TV communication has several common forms, including film and TV drama, special program, TV news, TV advertisement, documentary film and feature film, etc., which should be selected according to the actual situation. Positioning is the core of urban cultural image design, scientific and reasonable positioning is the foundation and key to construct and spread urban cultural image. The content of urban cultural image design involves natural environment, planning and construction, historical culture and iconic buildings and landscape. The method of urban cultural image design should be based on fully understanding the advantages of TV media, and design the transmission of urban cultural image by TV artistry. It is the key to construct the city cultural image that the domestic and international TV communication of city culture image should be done well. In the domestic TV communication, CCTV media mainly focuses on city cultural image propaganda film and feature film, provincial TV mainly takes news series report and feature film as the main body, and local TV station carries on omni-directional and multi-type systematic propaganda. International communication requires media practitioners to upgrade their cultural communication skills on the basis of respecting cultural differences in order to achieve cultural docking; urban decision makers should skillfully use the opportunity of large-scale cultural events to disseminate urban cultural images through television media.
