L-組氨酸對肉雞生長性能、肌肉品質、血漿抗氧化能力和肌肉咪唑二肽含量的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究飼糧添加L-組氨酸對肉雞生長性能、肌肉品質、血漿抗氧化能力和肌肉咪唑二肽含量的影響。選取體重相近、健康的1日齡愛拔益加(AA)肉仔雞公雛300只,隨機分為5組,每組6個重復,每個重復10只雞。對照組飼喂基礎飼糧,試驗組飼喂在基礎飼糧中分別添加250、500、1 000、2 000 mg/kg L-組氨酸的試驗飼糧。試驗期42 d。結果表明:1)L-組氨酸降低了肉雞生長后期(22~42日齡)的料重比,250和2 000 mg/kg添加組顯著低于對照組(P0.05)。2)L-組氨酸對肌肉全凈膛率、胸肌率、腿肌率、腹脂率、滴水損失、剪切力和pH無顯著影響(P0.05)。3)L-組氨酸線性提高了42日齡血漿總抗氧化能力及谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶、總超氧化物歧化酶的活性(P0.05)。4)L-組氨酸增加了42日齡肌肉中肌肽和鵝肌肽含量,500、1 000和2 000 mg/kg添加組肌肽含量分別較對照組升高了40.58%、42.75%、33.70%(P0.05),1 000 mg/kg添加組鵝肌肽含量較對照組增加了37.80%(P0.05);對肌肉中肌肽和鵝肌肽含量進行二次曲線方程擬合表明,L-組氨酸添加量為1 276 mg/kg時,肌肉咪唑二肽含量最高?梢,飼糧添加L-組氨酸可提高肉雞的飼料轉化率,改善血漿抗氧化能力,增加肌肉中咪唑二肽含量。本試驗條件下,飼糧添加1 000~2 000 mg/kg L-組氨酸較佳。從增加肌肉咪唑二肽含量考慮,飼糧L-組氨酸適宜添加量為1 276 mg/kg
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of dietary L-histidine supplementation on growth performance, muscle quality, plasma antioxidant capacity and muscle imidazole dipeptide content in broilers. They were randomly divided into 5 groups, 6 repeats in each group, and 10 chickens in each replica. The control group was fed with basic diet. The experiment group was fed with 2 000 mg/kg L- histidine in the basal diet. The experiment period was 42 days. The results showed that the feed weight of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the #number0# and 2 000 mg/kg groups. The results showed that the feed weight of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the #number0# and 2 000 mg/kg groups. The results showed that the feed weight of the experiment group was significantly lower than that of the #number0# and 2 000 mg/kg groups. In the control group, the total musculosis-removal rate of P0.05G. 2L- histidine was measured. Breast muscle rate, leg muscle rate, abdominal fat rate, drip loss, shear stress and pH had no significant effects on plasma total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxidase (Glutathione peroxidase) at 42 days of age. The activity of total superoxide dismutase (TSOD), P0.05U. 4nL- histidine, increased the contents of carnosine and geese carnosine in 42-day-old muscle. Compared with the control group, the carnosine contents in the carnosine and geese carnosine contents in the addition group were 40.58% and 42.75%, respectively. The contents of carnosine in the addition group were higher than those in the control group, respectively, and the contents of carnosine in the addition group were higher than those in the control group. The contents of carnosine and geese carnosine in muscle were fitted by quadratic equation. The results showed that when the addition of L-histidine was 1 276 mg/kg, The content of imidazole dipeptide in muscle was the highest. It can be seen that diet supplemented with L-histidine can improve the feed conversion rate, improve plasma antioxidant ability, and increase the content of imidazole dipeptide in muscle. It is better to add 1 000 mg/kg L- histidine to diet. Considering the increase of muscle imidazole dipeptide content, the optimum dietary L- histidine content is 1 276 mg/kg.
