【摘要】:保利公司工程項目費用管理系統(tǒng)著眼于實施新的管理模式和業(yè)務發(fā)展的長遠需要。在業(yè)務功能上,以目前公司的項目管理模式為依據(jù),結(jié)合通過企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整所建立的新管理流程構(gòu)建明確的業(yè)務需求。在業(yè)務范圍上,圍繞項目費用管理的完整內(nèi)容納入統(tǒng)一的功能框架,以實現(xiàn)業(yè)務流程與數(shù)據(jù)一體化的集成業(yè)務管理模式。該軟件具體的業(yè)務功能涵蓋該公司對工程項目的日常費用事務處理、總賬建賬處理、資金流信息管理、對賬信息及報表管理、往來核銷管理和費用憑證信息管理功能。在技術(shù)層次上,基于目前主流的分布式應用軟件開發(fā)方法和工具,構(gòu)建具有組件重用能力的軟件系統(tǒng)。在開發(fā)中以業(yè)務需求為依據(jù),合理均衡技術(shù)的先進性和功能的實用性,以形成穩(wěn)定實用的軟件平臺。基于上述指導思想,本文系統(tǒng)地討論了該軟件的設計方案和程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)的主要方面。該系統(tǒng)在軟件架構(gòu)上采用以Web為核心的分布式架構(gòu),前端支持通用瀏覽器環(huán)境,后臺以數(shù)據(jù)庫為平臺實現(xiàn)針對項目費用的事務處理和數(shù)據(jù)管理機制。該軟件基于Windows/.NET運行環(huán)境,采用C#和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫編程開發(fā)。目前該軟件已在通過軟件測試后經(jīng)進入試運行階段,用戶對該軟件的評價良好,較好地實現(xiàn)了開發(fā)目標。
[Abstract]:The project cost management system of Poly Company focuses on the implementation of the new management model and the long-term needs of business development. In terms of business functions, it is based on the current project management model of the company. Combined with the new management process established through the strategic adjustment of the enterprise to build clear business requirements. In the business scope, the complete content of project cost management is integrated into the unified functional framework. In order to achieve the integration of business process and data integrated business management model. The specific business functions of the software covers the company's daily cost processing of the project, general ledger accounting processing, capital flow information management. Reconciliation information and report management, transaction verification management and expense voucher information management functions. At the technical level, based on the current mainstream distributed application software development methods and tools. In order to form a stable and practical software platform, a software system with the ability of component reuse is constructed, which is based on the business requirements, and reasonably balances the advanced nature of the technology and the practicality of the function in order to form a stable and practical software platform based on the above guiding ideology. This paper systematically discusses the design scheme of the software and the main aspects of the program implementation. The system adopts the distributed architecture with Web as the core and the front end supports the general browser environment in the software architecture. In the background, the database is used as the platform to realize the transaction processing and data management mechanism for project cost. The software is based on Windows/.NET running environment. The software is developed with C # and SQL Server database. At present, the software has passed the software test and has entered the stage of trial operation. The user has evaluated the software well and achieved the development goal well.
