【摘要】：在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代下,綠色校園、智慧校園的建設(shè)正處于蓬勃發(fā)展的階段,校園管理過程中對服務(wù)品質(zhì)的要求也在不斷提高。傳統(tǒng)的基建檔案管理無法完全滿足現(xiàn)代工程建設(shè)項目管理在知識應(yīng)用以及信息檢索的要求,將檔案管理工作的重點放在檔案的保存與保管上。檔案管理人員的收集工作也是按照現(xiàn)有的規(guī)范進行,然而由于檔案收集范圍有限、收集來源不完整及收集形式單一等問題,使得傳統(tǒng)檔案管理無法滿足項目運行維護時的需求。本文針對該問題進行了深刻分析,并構(gòu)建了基于ACM模型的檔案流程管理模型。該模型明確了所要收集的檔案需求并且控制了檔案收集的數(shù)量,使得管理人員所收集的檔案滿足項目運行維護的需求。本文首先從傳統(tǒng)基建檔案管理流程上進行分析,然后分析了傳統(tǒng)基建檔案管理過程中存在的問題,對于出現(xiàn)收集與需求不一致的問題,使用核心目錄和拓展目錄兩個模型對此問題進行了詳細分析。通過構(gòu)建案例庫,使得拓展目錄的內(nèi)容不斷變化。拓展目錄模型中的適應(yīng)性方法不僅僅解決了檔案收集的問題,也更好的實現(xiàn)了知識服務(wù)。基于ACM的知識管理模型的提出,將基建檔案管理向知識管理進行轉(zhuǎn)變,從知識的獲取、知識的重用、知識的標(biāo)識以及知識的維護四個角度進行基建知識管理的全生命周期研究,形成基建知識管理閉環(huán),使知識能夠得到循環(huán)利用,并在這個循環(huán)中不斷的發(fā)展和提升。在知識獲取的模型中,對構(gòu)建案例數(shù)據(jù)庫,案例的篩選算法以及案例如何進行淘汰做出了詳細論述。然后以某高校的基建處為例,提出了高校基建工程維修維護的知識管理方案,優(yōu)化了基建檔案知識獲取、基建檔案知識的重用、基建檔案知識的識別以及基建檔案知識維護的流程。其中具體說明了案例庫的形成,以及檔案拓展目錄的形成過程。最后對全文的內(nèi)容進行概括總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the era of Internet of things, the construction of green campus and intelligent campus is in the stage of vigorous development. In the process of campus management, the requirements of service quality are also constantly improved. Traditional capital construction archives management can not fully meet the requirements of modern engineering project management in the application of knowledge and information retrieval. The management of archives focuses on the preservation and preservation of archives. The collection of archives managers is also carried out in accordance with the existing norms, but due to the limited scope of file collection. The problems of incomplete collection source and single collection form make the traditional file management can not meet the requirements of project running and maintenance. This paper makes a deep analysis of this problem. A file flow management model based on ACM model is constructed, which clarifies the file requirements to be collected and controls the amount of file collection. Make the files collected by the managers to meet the needs of project operation and maintenance. Firstly, this paper analyzes the traditional capital construction archives management process, and then analyzes the problems in the traditional capital construction archives management process. For the problem of inconsistent collection and requirement, this problem is analyzed in detail by using two models: core directory and extended directory. It not only solves the problem of file collection, but also realizes the knowledge service better. The knowledge management model based on ACM is put forward. From four aspects of knowledge acquisition, knowledge reuse, knowledge identification and knowledge maintenance, the whole life cycle of capital construction knowledge management is studied. The closed loop of capital construction knowledge management is formed so that the knowledge can be recycled and continuously developed and upgraded in this cycle. In the model of knowledge acquisition, the case database is constructed. The case selection algorithm and how to eliminate the case are discussed in detail. Then taking the capital construction department of a university as an example, the paper puts forward the knowledge management scheme of the maintenance and maintenance of the university capital construction project. Optimization of infrastructure archives knowledge acquisition, infrastructure archives knowledge reuse, infrastructure archives knowledge identification and infrastructure archives knowledge maintenance process, in which the formation of the case database is explained.
