山東省茌平縣城區(qū)小學音樂教育現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:本文以小學音樂新課程標準的實施為研究背景,以茌平城區(qū)小學音樂教育為視角,簡明敘述了選題的緣由、研究背景與意義、研究的內(nèi)容和基本方法思路,以茌平縣城區(qū)內(nèi)隨機5所小學音樂教育為采樣數(shù)據(jù),分別從學校、教師和學生三個方面深入分析了該區(qū)域小學音樂教育的現(xiàn)狀,繼而綜合梳理出該區(qū)域小學音樂教育中存在的一系列基本問題,主要指出該縣教育管理部門與學校教學管理層對音樂教學重視程度的不足、音樂教師教學能力水平的不足、傳統(tǒng)應(yīng)試教育教學理念的深刻影響等突出性問題。最后,根據(jù)該區(qū)域小學音樂教學的實際,立足于提高音樂教學的質(zhì)量與提升學生的音樂素養(yǎng)與綜合素質(zhì),深入思考了如何促進茌平區(qū)域小學音樂教育教學發(fā)展的有關(guān)策略。本文以茌平縣城區(qū)小學音樂教學現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查為出發(fā)點,從學校、教師、學生三個層面細致研究了該區(qū)域阻礙音樂教育教學質(zhì)量的原因和存在的一系列基本問題,并提出了一些個人拙見,謹希望能夠引起有關(guān)小學音樂教育部門和一線教學工作者的關(guān)注,希望廣大教育教學管理工作者、一線教學實踐的音樂教師、學生、家長與社會人員共同努力,為改善和提升音樂教學質(zhì)量與效果盡自己最大的努力,進而為音樂教學事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻自身應(yīng)有的力量、智慧與才能。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the implementation of the new curriculum standard of primary school music as the research background, takes the primary school music education in Chiping urban area as the angle of view, briefly narrates the reason of selecting the topic, the research background and significance, the research content and the basic method thought. Taking music education in five elementary schools in Chiping County as sampling data, the present situation of music education in primary schools in Chiping County is analyzed from three aspects: schools, teachers and students, respectively. Then a series of basic problems in the music education of primary schools in this area are comprehensively sorted out. It is mainly pointed out that the education management department and the school management in this county pay less attention to the music teaching, and the teaching ability of the music teachers is insufficient. Outstanding problems such as the profound influence of traditional examination-oriented education and teaching idea. Finally, according to the actual situation of music teaching in primary schools in Chiping area, based on the improvement of the quality of music teaching and the improvement of students' musical literacy and comprehensive quality, this paper gives some thoughts on how to promote the development of music education and teaching in Chiping district. Based on the investigation of the present situation of music teaching in primary schools in Chiping County, this paper makes a detailed study of the reasons and a series of basic problems that hinder the quality of music education teaching in this area from three levels: school, teacher and student. And put forward some personal views, I hope to arouse the attention of the music education departments and front-line teaching workers in primary schools, hope that the vast number of education and teaching management workers, front-line teaching practice of music teachers, students, Parents and social personnel make joint efforts to improve and improve the quality and effect of music teaching, and then contribute their due strength, wisdom and talent to the development of music teaching.
