【摘要】：體育教學(xué)是為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)全面優(yōu)秀人才的重要途徑之一,伴隨現(xiàn)代化知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,為順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的需要,我國(guó)的體育教學(xué)也發(fā)生了很大的變革,尤其是新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的貫徹實(shí)施,這些大好的趨勢(shì)對(duì)于學(xué)校體育的進(jìn)一步系統(tǒng)的完善奠定了基礎(chǔ)。值得考慮的是,由于目前我國(guó)教育正處于應(yīng)試教育逐漸向素質(zhì)教育的轉(zhuǎn)變時(shí)期,在此過(guò)程中,小學(xué)的體育教學(xué)的發(fā)展也依然還存在有許多問(wèn)題。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法、對(duì)湖南省寧遠(yuǎn)縣8所小學(xué)的260名學(xué)生和40教師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)體育教學(xué)相關(guān)內(nèi)容中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和探究,通過(guò)分析研究得出以下結(jié)論:寧遠(yuǎn)縣各小學(xué)體育教學(xué)開(kāi)課情況不樂(lè)觀,雖然寧遠(yuǎn)縣各小學(xué)體育與健康課開(kāi)課率是100%,但是存在體育與健康課課時(shí)量不足的現(xiàn)象;學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)《體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》實(shí)施的重視度不夠;學(xué)校對(duì)體育教學(xué)的重視不夠,體育理論課教學(xué)也沒(méi)有得到應(yīng)有的重視;體育教學(xué)計(jì)劃、體育教學(xué)方法和體育組織形式、體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容項(xiàng)目以及體育教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)方面與《體育與健康課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》的要求還有一定的差距;寧遠(yuǎn)縣很多體育項(xiàng)目開(kāi)展受限導(dǎo)致學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)效果不夠理想;寧遠(yuǎn)縣小學(xué)體育師資力量比較薄弱,小學(xué)體育教師性別、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)欠合理,包括體育教師男女比例失調(diào)等;教師的教齡及職稱結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理;體育教學(xué)場(chǎng)地、器材設(shè)施不夠完善,學(xué)校的體育場(chǎng)地、器材、設(shè)施不夠保障學(xué)生的需要;體育經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入力度有待加大;體育教師職后培訓(xùn)情況不樂(lè)觀;體育教師日常工作量大而體育教師工資和福利相對(duì)比較低,對(duì)體育教師的工作積極性有一定影響,不利于穩(wěn)定教師隊(duì)伍;體育工作缺乏合理的管理,包括出現(xiàn)了體育教師兼教其他科目現(xiàn)象。以上現(xiàn)狀對(duì)小學(xué)體育教學(xué)工作有非常不利的影響�；�于本次調(diào)查研究得出的結(jié)論,筆者提出如下建議:提高對(duì)小學(xué)體育與健康課的重視,保證體育與健康課正常有效開(kāi)展;加大對(duì)小學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)的投入,培養(yǎng)小學(xué)生終身體育意識(shí);加強(qiáng)小學(xué)體育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高小學(xué)體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量;完善小學(xué)體育教學(xué)物質(zhì)條件設(shè)施,保障學(xué)生體育學(xué)習(xí)的要求。
[Abstract]:Physical education teaching is one of the important ways to train all-round outstanding talents for our country. With the development of modern knowledge economy and the needs of the development of the times, great changes have taken place in physical education teaching in our country. In particular, the implementation of the new curriculum standards, these good trends for the further systematic improvement of school physical education laid the foundation. It is worth considering that at present our education is in the transition period from examination-oriented education to quality-oriented education. In this process, there are still many problems in the development of physical education in primary schools. In this paper, 260 students and 40 teachers in 8 primary schools in Ningyuan County, Hunan Province, were investigated by literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. This paper analyzes and probes into the problems existing in the relevant contents of physical education teaching, and draws the following conclusions through the analysis and research: the situation of physical education teaching in primary schools in Ningyuan County is not optimistic. Although the opening rate of physical education and health courses in primary schools in Ningyuan County is 100, there is a phenomenon of insufficient class hours in physical education and health classes; the school leaders have not paid enough attention to the implementation of physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards; and schools have not paid enough attention to physical education teaching. The teaching of physical education theory has not received the due attention, the physical education teaching plan, the physical education teaching method and the sports organization form, the physical education teaching plan, the physical education teaching method and the sports organization form, There is still a certain gap between the contents of physical education and the evaluation of physical education teaching and the requirements of the Curriculum Standard of physical Education and Health, and the limited development of many sports events in Ningyuan County leads to the students' learning effect is not satisfactory. Ningyuan County primary school physical education teachers are weak, primary school physical education teachers gender, age structure is unreasonable, including the imbalance between male and female PE teachers, teachers' teaching age and title structure is not reasonable, physical education teaching site, Equipment facilities are not perfect, school sports venues, equipment, facilities are not enough to protect the needs of students; sports funding needs to be increased; physical education teachers after the training situation is not optimistic; The daily workload of physical education teachers is large and the salary and welfare of physical education teachers are relatively low, which has a certain influence on the enthusiasm of physical education teachers, which is not conducive to the stability of teachers, the lack of reasonable management of physical education work, Including the emergence of physical education teachers and teaching other subjects phenomenon. The above situation has a very adverse effect on the teaching of physical education in primary schools. Based on the conclusion of this investigation, the author puts forward the following suggestions: to pay more attention to physical education and health lessons in primary schools, to ensure the normal and effective development of physical education and health classes, to increase the investment in the study of physical education of primary school students, To cultivate students' consciousness of lifelong physical education, to strengthen the construction of physical education teachers in primary schools, to improve the quality of physical education in primary schools, to improve the physical conditions and facilities of physical education in primary schools, and to ensure the requirements of students' physical education.
