低溫型高性能冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料制備與應(yīng)用技術(shù)

【摘要】:冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料具有低溫修復(fù)的特點(diǎn),即使在冬季也能用于鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)的有效修補(bǔ),可用于道路養(yǎng)護(hù)。然而冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料通常存在低溫和易性不佳、早期強(qiáng)度低以及水穩(wěn)定性不足等缺陷,嚴(yán)重制約著冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料的應(yīng)用,論文針對(duì)此開展高性能冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料的研究。論文利用有限元軟件ANSYS模擬瀝青路面鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu),針對(duì)輪載與修補(bǔ)荷載的相對(duì)位置設(shè)計(jì)了5種工況具體分析修補(bǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)力應(yīng)力響應(yīng)規(guī)律,通過關(guān)鍵位置的分析提出模量參數(shù)作為控制冷補(bǔ)料工藝的指標(biāo)。試驗(yàn)研究以冷補(bǔ)瀝青結(jié)合料的配比為基礎(chǔ),采用控制變量法通過三大指標(biāo)試驗(yàn)確定最優(yōu)組分,結(jié)合粘度試驗(yàn)制備滿足施工和易性的冷補(bǔ)瀝青結(jié)合料。通過低溫工作性試驗(yàn)、初始強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、成型試驗(yàn)、水穩(wěn)定性等試驗(yàn)確定冷補(bǔ)瀝青結(jié)合料的配比方案。通過設(shè)計(jì)冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料的最優(yōu)級(jí)配、計(jì)算最佳瀝青用量和研究最佳樹脂用量,開發(fā)出能夠滿足-10℃施工的高性能冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料。在獲得符合路用性能要求的高性能冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料后,于室外施工,針對(duì)裂縫和坑槽病害開展施工工藝的探討。論文針對(duì)低溫型高性能冷補(bǔ)瀝青混合料的制備和施工進(jìn)行梳理并提出修補(bǔ)工藝流程。
[Abstract]:Cold filling asphalt mixture has the characteristics of low temperature repair, even in winter can be used for effective repair of pavement structure, can be used for road maintenance. However, cold fill asphalt mixture usually has some defects, such as low temperature and poor workability, low early strength and insufficient water stability, which seriously restricts the application of cold fill asphalt mixture. In this paper, the research of high performance cold fill asphalt mixture is carried out. In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the asphalt pavement structure, and the stress response law of the repaired structure is analyzed according to the relative position of wheel load and repair load. Through the analysis of the key position, the modulus parameter is put forward as the index to control the cold feeding process. Based on the ratio of cold-replenished asphalt binder, the optimal component was determined by three index tests by controlled variable method, and the cold-replenished asphalt binder satisfying construction and ease was prepared by viscosity test. The proportioning scheme of cold replenished asphalt binder was determined by low temperature workability test, initial strength test, molding test and water stability test. By designing the optimal gradation of cold fill asphalt mixture, calculating the optimum asphalt content and studying the optimum resin content, a high performance cold fill asphalt mixture which can meet the construction of-10 鈩,
