正念是什么——從正念內(nèi)涵研究發(fā)展角度的思考

【摘要】:"正念是什么"是正念研究中的基本問題,也是長期困擾研究者的難題,造成此困境的重要原因是正念跨越了佛學(xué)與心理學(xué)兩種語境。在正念內(nèi)涵研究歷程中,研究者們先后試圖以"去神秘化"、"去語境化"及"整合化"來解決跨語境所造成的問題。本研究認(rèn)為:正念為多維概念,其內(nèi)涵的復(fù)雜性決定了研究者對(duì)正念的認(rèn)識(shí)并非靜態(tài)的判斷,而是逐步成熟的過程;應(yīng)深入整合佛學(xué)與心理學(xué)語境,以發(fā)展的視角看待正念。
[Abstract]:What is mindfulness is a basic problem in the study of mindfulness and a difficult problem for researchers for a long time. The main reason for this dilemma is that mindfulness transcends the two contexts of Buddhism and psychology. In the course of the study of mindfulness, researchers have tried to solve the problems caused by cross-context by "demystification", "de-contextualization" and "integration". This study holds that mindfulness is a multidimensional concept, the complexity of its connotation determines that the researchers' understanding of mindfulness is not a static judgment, but a gradual and mature process, and that it is necessary to integrate the context of Buddhism and psychology in depth and view mindfulness from the perspective of development.
