情緒性質(zhì)與情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對知曉感(FOK)的影響研究

【摘要】:知曉感判斷是元認(rèn)知監(jiān)測判斷的最為重要、最具代表性的判斷之一,也是元認(rèn)知領(lǐng)域中最早受到研究者關(guān)注的分支。對于當(dāng)前無法準(zhǔn)確回憶出來的信息,個體相信該信息儲存在記憶中并能在事后通過某種方式將其提取出來的心理體驗就是知曉感(feeling-of-knowing,簡稱FOK),即相信某種信息能從記憶中提取出來,但目前又提取不出來的一種心理狀態(tài)。正確的知曉感判斷對于個體在學(xué)習(xí)過程中增強自信以及減少時間的浪費具有相當(dāng)重要的作用,而作為元認(rèn)知領(lǐng)域的核心概念,影響知曉感判斷及其準(zhǔn)確性的因素很多,不僅包括學(xué)習(xí)材料的特點、學(xué)習(xí)時間及呈現(xiàn)方式等外在的任務(wù)變量,還包括知識經(jīng)驗、動機人格等內(nèi)在的個體因素,其中情緒作為人類與生俱來的一種心理體驗對認(rèn)知及元認(rèn)知活動產(chǎn)生重要影響。 本研究以揭示個體情緒性質(zhì)與情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對知曉感的影響為實驗?zāi)康?設(shè)計兩個實驗。實驗一為3(情緒性質(zhì))×3(情緒詞對)的混合設(shè)計,考察不同的情緒狀態(tài)和不同情緒性質(zhì)的學(xué)習(xí)材料對被試的知曉感判斷及其準(zhǔn)確性的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:(1)對于FOK判斷值而言,情緒性質(zhì)的主效應(yīng)和詞對性質(zhì)的主效應(yīng)顯著;(2)回憶成績上情緒性質(zhì)主效應(yīng)顯著,對于再認(rèn)成績,情緒性質(zhì)主效應(yīng)不顯著;(3)在FOK判斷準(zhǔn)確性指標(biāo)上,情緒性質(zhì)的主效應(yīng)顯著,中性情緒條件下被試的FOK判斷準(zhǔn)確性顯著好于正性情緒和負(fù)性情緒條件。詞對性質(zhì)的主效應(yīng)顯著,中性詞對的FOK判斷準(zhǔn)確性顯著好于積極詞對和消極詞對。 實驗二為單因素被試間設(shè)計,只誘發(fā)被試的負(fù)性情緒,以四種不同的情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略為變量,目的在于考察負(fù)性情緒條件下不同的情緒調(diào)節(jié)策略對知曉感判斷及其準(zhǔn)確性的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)FOK判斷等級:評價忽視策略和表情宣泄策略條件下被試的FOK判斷值顯著高于評價重視和表達(dá)抑制組;(2)FOK判斷準(zhǔn)確性:評價重視和評價忽視兩種調(diào)節(jié)策略下被試的FOK判斷準(zhǔn)確性顯著高于表情宣泄和表情抑制兩組。
[Abstract]:Perception judgment is one of the most important and representative judgments in metacognitive monitoring, and it is also the first branch of metacognitive research. The psychological experience that an individual believes that the information is stored in memory and can be extracted in some way after the event is known as "feeling of knowing", or FOKT, is the belief that some information can be extracted from memory. But at present again cannot extract a kind of psychological state. Correct perception judgment plays an important role in enhancing self-confidence and reducing time waste in learning process. As the core concept of metacognition, there are many factors that affect the judgment and accuracy of knowledge perception. Including not only the characteristics of learning materials, learning time and presentation of external task variables, but also the internal individual factors, such as knowledge, experience, motivational personality, etc. Emotion, as an inherent psychological experience of human beings, has an important impact on cognitive and metacognitive activities. Two experiments were designed to reveal the effects of individual emotional properties and emotion regulation strategies on awareness. The first experiment was a mixed design of 3 (emotional properties) 脳 3 (emotional word pairs) to investigate the effects of different emotional states and different emotional properties on the judgment and accuracy of the subjects' perception of knowledge. The experimental results show that for the FOK judgment value, the main effect of emotional nature and the main effect of word on nature are significant. (2) the main effect of emotional nature is significant in recall scores, and in recognition of scores, the main effect of emotional nature is significant. The main effect of emotional nature was not significant (3) on the accuracy index of FOK, the main effect of emotional nature was significant, and the accuracy of FOK was better than that of positive emotion and negative emotion under neutral emotion condition. The FOK judgment accuracy of neutral word pair is better than that of positive word pair and negative word pair. The second experiment was designed for single factor subjects, which only induced negative emotion. Four different emotion regulation strategies were used as variables. The purpose of experiment 2 was to investigate the influence of different emotion regulation strategies on cognition judgment and accuracy under negative emotion condition. The results showed that the FOK judgment value of the subjects under the condition of neglect strategy and facial expression catharsis strategy was significantly higher than that of the evaluation value and expression inhibition group: the evaluation value and the evaluation neglect of the two adjustment strategies were significantly higher than that of the evaluation value and expression inhibition group. The accuracy of FOK was significantly higher than that of emoji catharsis and emoji suppression.
