大學(xué)生人格、人際信任與問題行為的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:本研究調(diào)查當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生人格、人際信任和問題行為的基本狀況,并對不同性別、專業(yè)、年級、生源地、家庭狀況在這三方面的差異進行比較,對人格、人際信任和問題行為的相互關(guān)系進行分析探討,為高校學(xué)生管理工作的改革發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。 研究采用成人版《艾森克人格問卷》,陳會昌和李虹編制的《行為問題量表》,,Rempel和Holmes編制的《信任量表》展開調(diào)查。調(diào)查對象為河北省四所大學(xué)的1600名在校大學(xué)生,數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS16.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計和分析。本研究的主要結(jié)論如下: (1)大學(xué)生的人格上存在性別、專業(yè)、年級、生源地等方面的差異,具體而言:在精神質(zhì)因子上,男生顯著高于女生;理工類大學(xué)生在精神質(zhì)因子上的分?jǐn)?shù)顯著高于文史類大學(xué)生;低年級學(xué)生的精神質(zhì)因子分?jǐn)?shù)顯著低于高年級學(xué)生;在神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子、精神質(zhì)因子上,城市得分顯著高于農(nóng)村。 (2)大學(xué)生的信任狀況存在性別、專業(yè)、年級和生源地方面的差異,具體而言:在可依靠性、信賴性和人際信任總分上,女生得分顯著高于男生;在可預(yù)測性方面,文史得分高于理工得分;在可預(yù)測性、可依靠性、信賴性和人際信任總分上,低年級學(xué)生的分?jǐn)?shù)顯著高于高年級學(xué)生;在可依靠性方面,農(nóng)村得分高于城市。 (3)大學(xué)生的信任狀況存在性別、專業(yè)、年級和生源地方面的差異,具體而言:男生問題行為高于女生;大二學(xué)生行為問題高于其它年級;在問題行為的社會問題維度、戀愛與性維度,城市學(xué)生顯著高于農(nóng)村學(xué)生;單親家庭顯著高于非單親家庭。 (4)大學(xué)生人格中精神質(zhì)、神經(jīng)質(zhì)因子與問題行為總分呈顯著正相關(guān),大學(xué)生人際信任與問題行為總分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),大學(xué)生人格中精神質(zhì)、神經(jīng)質(zhì)與人際信任總分呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。人際信任,神經(jīng)質(zhì),精神質(zhì)等維度對問題行為具有顯著正向預(yù)測作用,內(nèi)外向維度對行為問題具有顯著負(fù)性預(yù)測作用。
[Abstract]:This study investigates the basic status of personality, interpersonal trust and problem behavior of college students, and compares the differences of gender, specialty, grade, student origin and family status in these three aspects. The relationship between interpersonal trust and problem behavior is analyzed and discussed in order to provide theoretical basis for the reform and development of college students' management. The study was conducted with the adult version of the Eysenck Personality questionnaire, the Behavioral questionnaire developed by Chen Huichang and Li Hong, and the Trust scale compiled by Rempel and Holmes. 1600 college students from four universities in Hebei province were investigated. The data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 software. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) there are differences in gender, specialty, grade and origin of students in personality of college students. Specifically, in terms of psycho-qualitative factors, male students are significantly higher than female students; The scores of the students of science and engineering were significantly higher than those of the students of literature and history; the scores of the low grade students were significantly lower than those of the senior students; the scores of the urban students were significantly higher than those of the rural areas in terms of neuroticism and psychoticism. (2) there were significant differences in the trust status of college students in terms of gender, major, grade and origin of students. Specifically, in terms of dependability, trust and total interpersonal trust, female students scored significantly higher than boys; in terms of predictability, female students scored significantly higher than boys. In terms of predictability, dependability, trust and interpersonal trust, the scores of junior students were significantly higher than those of senior students; in terms of dependability, rural scores were higher than those in urban areas. (3) there are differences in the trust status of college students in terms of gender, major, grade and origin of students, specifically: male students' problem behavior is higher than that of girls; sophomore students' behavior problems are higher than other grades; in the dimension of social problems of problem behavior, In the dimension of love and sex, urban students were significantly higher than rural students, and single-parent families were significantly higher than non-single-parent families. (4) there was a significant positive correlation between neuroticism and the total score of problem behavior, a negative correlation between interpersonal trust and the total score of problem behavior, and a significant negative correlation between neuroticism and the total score of problem behavior. Neuroticism was negatively correlated with the total score of interpersonal trust. The dimensions of interpersonal trust, neuroticism and psychoticism have a significant positive predictive effect on problem behavior, while the internal and external dimensions have a significant negative predictive effect on behavior problems.
