【摘要】：腦島、杏仁核是疼痛恐懼形成的重要神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心。疼痛恐懼增強(qiáng)了慢性疼痛患者的疼痛知覺體驗,進(jìn)而加劇抑郁、焦慮情緒和功能損傷程度。腦島、杏仁核、前額皮層和前扣帶回是疼痛恐懼影響疼痛知覺的重要神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。通過認(rèn)知方法干預(yù)疼痛恐懼可以改善患者的抑郁、焦慮情緒,減少功能損傷。未來研究應(yīng)拓展疼痛恐懼的測量工具,采用功能磁共振成像技術(shù)進(jìn)一步揭示疼痛恐懼影響慢性疼痛患者疼痛知覺的神經(jīng)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The amygdala is an important neural network center for the formation of pain fears. Pain fear enhances pain perception in patients with chronic pain, which in turn exacerbates depression, anxiety, and degree of functional impairment. The islets, amygdaloids, prefrontal cortex and anterior cingulate gyrus are important neural bases for pain perception. Cognitive intervention in pain and fear can improve depression, anxiety and functional impairment. The future research should expand the measurement tools of pain fear and further reveal the neural mechanism that pain fear affects pain perception in patients with chronic pain by using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
