農業(yè)信息在幫助農民做出合理決策方面起著至關重要的作用,信息和通信技術在提高農業(yè)信息質量和知識傳播方面的潛力也已被人們廣泛接受。在過去的幾十年間,發(fā)達國家已經能夠通過引入數字化信息服務來改變農業(yè)現狀。然而,信息和通信技術在農業(yè)方面的成功應用在發(fā)展中國家仍然受到經濟、社會和文化等諸多因素的阻礙和影響。同時,信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)過程中,更多了解用戶特性、信息需求以及他們在獲取信息方面的行為方式,比了解設計特征更為重要。因此,對信息尋求行為(Information Seeking Behavior,ISB)進行深入的理解對于改革現有農業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)抑或創(chuàng)建新的信息系統(tǒng)都非常重要。在過去幾年間的時間里,已經形成了多種ISB模型,但還沒有針對農業(yè)或農民的ISB模型。同時,在農業(yè)信息研究中,所使用的概念和方法是非常多樣化的,但大多數研究并沒有提出相應的理論框架或模型。因此,這些研究結果是不全面的、不具有結論性和可比性的�；谶@樣的研究背景,我們可以發(fā)現現有研究存在的核心問題就是沒有適用的理論框架或模型來研究農業(yè)信息尋求行為。為彌補這一知識差距,本文致力于建立一個發(fā)展中國家的農民信息尋求行為(ISB)的模型。本文...
