【摘要】：延綏鎮(zhèn)為明代九邊重鎮(zhèn)之一。明代延綏巡撫正式設(shè)立于天順二年(1458)四月,其設(shè)立緣由既有明蒙邊境沖突這一直接原因,也有明代地方行政體制的內(nèi)部因素。崇禎十六年(1643)十一月,因李自成攻陷榆林等地,延綏鎮(zhèn)罷設(shè)。明代延綏巡撫從首任巡撫徐tD至最后一位巡撫張鳳翼,共計(jì)有81人、83任。其總體任職規(guī)律呈現(xiàn):進(jìn)士居多,北方籍多于南方籍,平均任期較長,由布政使遷入者居多等特點(diǎn)。就其地方治理和政績看,延綏巡撫軍功卓著,御邊有方;興農(nóng)備荒,實(shí)心民事;盛興文教,成績斐然。清承明制,順治二年(1645)五月復(fù)置延綏巡撫,主要是因?yàn)榍宄��?dāng)時統(tǒng)治基礎(chǔ)薄弱和延綏地區(qū)矛盾突出。至康熙元年(1662)九月,清朝在全國范圍內(nèi)的統(tǒng)治基本確立,延綏地區(qū)也漸趨安定,延綏巡撫最終被裁撤。清代延綏巡撫共計(jì)6位(任),其總體任職規(guī)律呈現(xiàn):出身偏低,遼東人居多,重用漢軍旗人,平均任期較長等特點(diǎn)。清代延綏巡撫在鎮(zhèn)壓叛亂、安撫人民等方面具有重要作用,為幫助清政府穩(wěn)定延綏地區(qū)局勢做出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Yansui Town is one of the most important towns on the nine sides of the Ming Dynasty. In the Ming Dynasty, the governor of Yansui was officially established in Tianshun two years, 1458) on April, the reason for its establishment was due to the direct reason of the border conflict between Ming and Mongolia. There were also internal factors in the local administrative system of the Ming Dynasty. In November, as Li Zicheng captured Yulin and other places such as Yulin, Yansui was suspended from the first governor of the Ming Dynasty, Xu TD, to the last governor, Zhang Fengyi, in November. A total of 81 people have 83. In the Qing Dynasty, the governor of Yansui had a total of 6 (Ren Yu), whose overall rules of office were: low birth, the majority of the people in eastern Liaoning, and the reuse of Han army flags. The governor of Yansui in Qing Dynasty played an important role in suppressing rebellion and appeasing the people and made outstanding contributions to help the Qing government stabilize the situation in Yansui area.
