　　“被動”表述是語言中的普遍現(xiàn)象,但英語的被動結(jié)構(gòu)和漢語被動結(jié)構(gòu)存在很大差異,給英漢翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換帶來困難。為了提升建筑工程合同翻譯中被動結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯質(zhì)量與效率,本文基于自建《施工合同條件》英漢平行語料庫,考察建筑工程合同文本中英語被動結(jié)構(gòu)在漢語中的對譯形式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),該語料庫中英語被動結(jié)構(gòu)在翻譯轉(zhuǎn)換為漢語時主要有7種模式。另外,筆者對被動結(jié)構(gòu)中的動詞進行了檢索,結(jié)果顯示:雙語語料庫的被動結(jié)構(gòu)中共出現(xiàn)128個動詞,筆者以頻數(shù)5為界限將這些動詞分為高頻動詞(25個)和低頻動詞(103個)。分析發(fā)現(xiàn):雙語語料庫中的一些高頻的動詞在被動結(jié)構(gòu)中的譯法基本一致,因此,筆者依據(jù)名詞術(shù)語表的形式,嘗試將這25個高頻動詞做成了動詞術(shù)語表,本術(shù)語表可作為建筑工程合同中被動結(jié)構(gòu)翻譯的語義參考。本研究基于語料庫的檢索數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)高頻動詞譯法基本一致這一現(xiàn)象,提出了動詞術(shù)語表概念,雖然準確性有待考究,但是這也不失為一個新的研究方向,對被動結(jié)構(gòu)的翻譯質(zhì)量和效率的提升有著重要意義。但是本研究也有一定的不足。首先,研究方法有待于進一步優(yōu)化。其次,語料數(shù)量有限,實驗結(jié)果有待于更大量級的建筑合同專業(yè)語料庫進行檢驗。
