溫暖“每一個(gè)”:讓“小移民”快樂(lè)成長(zhǎng)

【摘要】:正隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員子女的教育問(wèn)題一直備受關(guān)注。我校位于山東省青島市膠州市開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū),由于特殊的地理位置,吸引了大量外來(lái)務(wù)工人員子女前來(lái)就讀,這些"小移民"來(lái)自云南、四川、河南、新疆等全國(guó)20多個(gè)省(自治區(qū)、直轄市),占全校學(xué)生總比已由2002年初期的2%上升到現(xiàn)在的50%以上。大量外來(lái)務(wù)工人員子女的加入,給學(xué)校帶來(lái)蓬勃活力的同時(shí),也對(duì)學(xué)校教育提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of our country's economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization, the education of migrant workers' children has been paid more and more attention. Our school is located in the Jiaozhou Development Zone of Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Due to its special geographical location, it attracts a large number of children of migrant workers to come to school. These "small immigrants" come from more than 20 provinces (autonomous regions) in Yunnan, Sichuan, Henan, Xinjiang and other countries. The proportion of students in the whole school has risen from 2% in early 2002 to more than 50% now. The participation of a large number of migrant workers' children brings vitality to the school, but also brings new challenges to the school education.
