【摘要】：正當(dāng)代社會(huì)是開放的,深圳更是以"開放"而引人矚目。開放有助于尊重差異,使人變得寬容:開放可以使人消除偏見,學(xué)會(huì)鑒別。在面對(duì)時(shí)代變革與教育轉(zhuǎn)型的今天,面對(duì)傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、本土與國(guó)際、大眾與精英等文化沖突,我們?nèi)绾我蚤_放的心態(tài),辯證吸收古今中外優(yōu)秀教育思想,重新自覺(jué)思考教育與社會(huì)、教育與個(gè)人等一系列重要命題,"開放"地辦教育,辦"開放式教育",是我在廣東省深圳市寶安區(qū)坪洲小學(xué)做校長(zhǎng)這些年來(lái)著
