小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和改進(jìn)策略研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)行關(guān)于小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀和改進(jìn)策略的研究,有利于加強對學(xué)生主體性的培養(yǎng),使他們成為不但掌握相應(yīng)的知識技能,而且具有開拓進(jìn)取的創(chuàng)新精神、實踐能力、競爭與合作精神的人才;有利于教師不斷更新教育觀念,創(chuàng)造性地應(yīng)用教材,積極探索高效的課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),以促進(jìn)學(xué)生各方面素質(zhì)全面提高;同時,合作學(xué)習(xí)符合小學(xué)生的心理特點,能夠滿足學(xué)生的心理需要,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣、動機、求知欲以及競爭意識,有利于為教育改革積累經(jīng)驗,促使學(xué)校的各科教學(xué)質(zhì)量不斷向前推進(jìn)。雖然關(guān)于合作學(xué)習(xí)的研究已經(jīng)比較全面、比較成熟,但是隨著時間的推移,在教學(xué)實踐中不可避免會生發(fā)出新的問題,產(chǎn)生新的不適應(yīng)性因素。這就需要對合作學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行與時俱進(jìn)的研究。本研究主要是針對教學(xué)實際,從小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生和教師的課堂入手,圍繞小學(xué)教師對合作學(xué)習(xí)教學(xué)形式的理解和把握、態(tài)度和認(rèn)識程度、對合作學(xué)習(xí)的實施和評價、影響合作學(xué)習(xí)的因素以及學(xué)生對合作學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度、興趣、評價、能力等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查,依據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析背后的影響因素及原因,進(jìn)而探究小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的有效策略。全文分為五章:第一章是引言。主要論述所研究的問題、研究的價值,介紹研究的方法以及國內(nèi)外有關(guān)合作學(xué)習(xí)的歷史及現(xiàn)狀,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合筆者理解進(jìn)行概念界定;第二章是關(guān)于小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查。主要是調(diào)查設(shè)計和對調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析;第三章是小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)現(xiàn)狀與原因分析。這是本文的主體部分,是在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上獲得數(shù)據(jù),并依據(jù)所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)對小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并深入分析隱藏在背后的原因;第四章是小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的改進(jìn)策略。針對調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀及原因分析,提出有針對性的改進(jìn)策略;第五章是結(jié)論。對本次研究的過程及結(jié)果進(jìn)行簡明扼要的總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The research on the current situation and improvement strategies of cooperative learning among senior students in primary schools is conducive to strengthening the cultivation of students' subjectivity and making them not only master the corresponding knowledge and skills, but also have a pioneering and enterprising spirit of innovation. The talents with practical ability, competition and cooperation spirit are helpful for teachers to renew their educational concepts, creatively apply teaching materials, actively explore efficient classroom teaching structure, so as to promote the all-round improvement of students' quality in all aspects, at the same time, Cooperative learning accords with the psychological characteristics of primary school students, can meet the psychological needs of students, stimulate students' interest, motivation, desire for knowledge and sense of competition. It is beneficial to accumulate experience for educational reform. To promote the teaching quality of various subjects in the school. Although the research on cooperative learning has been more comprehensive and mature, with the passage of time, new problems will inevitably arise in teaching practice, and new factors of inadaptability will emerge. This requires the study of cooperative learning to keep pace with the times. This research is mainly aimed at teaching practice, starting with the classroom of students and teachers in primary school, focusing on the teachers' understanding and grasp of cooperative learning teaching form, attitude and degree of understanding, and the implementation and evaluation of cooperative learning. The factors influencing cooperative learning and the students' attitude, interest, evaluation, ability to cooperative learning are investigated, and the influencing factors and reasons are analyzed based on the results of the investigation. And then explore the effective strategies of cooperative learning for senior primary school students. The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. This paper mainly discusses the problems studied, the value of the research, introduces the research methods and the history and current situation of cooperative learning at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the author defines the concept in combination with the author's understanding. The second chapter is an investigation on the current situation of cooperative learning among senior students in primary schools. The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation and reasons of cooperative learning of senior students in primary schools. This is the main part of this paper, which is based on the questionnaire survey to obtain the data, and according to the obtained data to analyze the current situation of the primary school senior students' cooperative learning, and in-depth analysis of the reasons behind the hidden; The fourth chapter is the improvement strategy of cooperative learning for senior primary school students. Based on the analysis of the present situation and reasons of cooperative learning of the senior students in primary school, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies. Chapter five is the conclusion. The process and results of this study are summarized succinctly.
