【摘要】：隨著中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的多元化發(fā)展,中國與世界上其他國家在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展方面的聯(lián)系日益密切。因此,中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展報告的英譯必將促進其他國家對中國移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展狀況的了解。在此背景下,筆者從《中國移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展報告(2016)》中選取《如何推動移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)分享經(jīng)濟》一文進行翻譯。該文從資源配置與利益機制的角度介紹了中國移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)分享經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展狀況。該文目前尚無英譯版本,因此,該文的英譯具有原創(chuàng)性和必要性。盡管該文的翻譯存在一定難度,但筆者通過系統(tǒng)式翻譯完成了翻譯任務(wù),其中首先采用了系統(tǒng)式翻譯程序,其次又系統(tǒng)地運用各種翻譯方法來處理詞語和語句的翻譯問題。就其翻譯過程而言,筆者采用了系統(tǒng)式翻譯程序,分為譯前準備、原文分析、譯文生成和譯后工作四個階段。在譯前準備階段,筆者準備了許多重要的參考材料,如專業(yè)性詞典、參考書以及百科全書和專業(yè)網(wǎng)站等線上或線下資源,并且選取了《中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的數(shù)據(jù)報告》等平行文本以輔助理解。在原文分析和譯文生成階段,筆者通過總體把握、語境分析、本體分析和總體理解四個步驟系統(tǒng)地分析了原文,并通過總體把握、語境設(shè)計、本體設(shè)計和總體生成四個步驟系統(tǒng)地生成了譯文。在譯后工作階段,筆者自己和同學對譯文進行全面修改和校對以確保其功能充分性。就其翻譯方法而言,筆者根據(jù)系統(tǒng)翻譯法運用各種翻譯方法和技巧處理特定的詞匯和復雜句的翻譯。對于特定術(shù)語的翻譯,筆者強調(diào)術(shù)語的準確性,并運用了逐字翻譯、增譯和轉(zhuǎn)換等翻譯技巧。對于復雜句的翻譯,筆者則采用了主被動語態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)換、長句分譯等翻譯方法。筆者努力在功能設(shè)計、內(nèi)容組織和語言表達方面實現(xiàn)全面優(yōu)化以確保譯文質(zhì)量。本次翻譯任務(wù)可望具有一定的實踐意義。就其功能而言,本次翻譯任務(wù)有助于使其他國家了解中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展狀況。就其翻譯實踐的意義而言,本次翻譯任務(wù)對于系統(tǒng)翻譯法的應用有益于今后的技術(shù)文本翻譯實踐。
[Abstract]:With the diversified development of the Internet in China, China is increasingly linked with other countries in the world in the development of the Internet. The translation of the China Internet Development report into English will certainly promote the understanding of other countries about the development of China Mobile Internet. The author selects the article "how to promote the sharing economy of Mobile Internet" in China Mobile Internet Development report 2016. This paper introduces China Mobile Internet sharing economy from the perspective of resource allocation and benefit mechanism. The article has not yet been translated into English, Therefore, the translation of this text is original and necessary. Although there are some difficulties in translating the text, the author completes the translation task by means of systematic translation, in which a systematic translation procedure is first used. Secondly, various translation methods are systematically used to deal with the translation of words and sentences. As far as the translation process is concerned, the author adopts a systematic translation procedure, which is divided into pre-translation preparation and original text analysis. In the pre-translation preparation stage, the author prepared many important reference materials, such as professional dictionaries, reference books and online or offline resources such as encyclopedia and professional websites. The author also selects parallel texts such as "data report on the Development of the Internet in China" to assist in understanding. In the stage of source analysis and translation generation, the author analyzes the situation through general grasp, context analysis, and so on. The original text is systematically analyzed by four steps of ontology analysis and general understanding, and the translation is systematically generated through the four steps of overall grasp, context design, ontology design and overall generation. The author and his classmates have made a comprehensive revision and proofreading of the translation to ensure its functional adequacy. According to the systematic translation method, the author uses various translation methods and techniques to deal with the translation of specific words and complex sentences. For the translation of specific terms, the author emphasizes the accuracy of the terms and uses verbatim translation. For the translation of complex sentences, the author adopts some translation methods, such as active and passive voice conversion, long sentence translation and so on. Overall optimization of content organization and language expression to ensure translation quality. This translation task is expected to have some practical significance. As far as its function is concerned, This translation task will help other countries to understand the development of the Internet in China. In terms of its translation practice, the application of this translation task to the systematic translation method will be beneficial to the future technical text translation practice.
